We had such a wonderful stay at Paradise Point over Labor Day weekend! The hotel was beautiful, relaxing, and the perfect place to enjoy a getaway. Everything about our experience was made even better by the amazing service we received. A special thank you to Gaithe, who went above and beyond to help us during our stay. He was incredibly sweet, kind, and helpful, and truly made us feel welcomed and taken care of. It’s not every day you come across someone who puts so much genuine effort into making sure guests have a great experience. We really appreciated all of his help and kindness. Gaithe is a true asset to Paradise Point, and his excellent customer service definitely stood out to us. We would absolutely recommend Paradise Point and look forward to coming back again!

A Wonderful Anniversary Stay—Almost Like Hawaii We had an outstanding anniversary stay at Paradise Point. The food was a real highlight, especially the amazing breakfast sandwich at Barefoot Bar & Grill. We also enjoyed the coffee selection each morning, and our meal at the resort’s upscale restaurant was one of the best we’ve had in a long time. We ordered several different appetizers and simply enjoyed the food and atmosphere together. The pool area was beautiful, and every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. Our original room had a very strong musty, moldy smell, but the staff moved us to another room that was much better. We had looked forward to relaxing in the Adirondack chairs outside our waterfront room, but an extremely bright streetlight shone directly onto our patio. It made sitting outside at night uncomfortable, which was disappointing—especially since ours appeared to be the only room in that area affected by it. Our only other suggestion concerns the pool. When it became busy, many lounge chairs had towels left on them even after guests had departed, making it difficult to know which chairs were actually available. Signs asking guests to remove thei

I brought my 13 year old granddaughter on a vacation. Just the two of us. Couldn't have picked a better resort or location for the experience. We stayed late at the pool with the bon fires every night. This IS a family resort. Had it been my husband and I alone we'd have likely run screaming. Kids kids and more kids. There was an adult only pool the size of a postage stamp with a non working hot tub. The pools in general seemed too small for the amount of rooms and kids. Even the main pool and the amount of pools. We stayed in a premier lagoon room and the lagoon is special. it's an experience itself. gorgeous. with so many beautiful birds, turtles. Really beautiful. The room was clean but quite used up and out of date. a big surprise was the not smart TV. At least if it was smart it was smarter than I am as there was no way I could see to stream. A good surprise was the quality of food. We ate exclusively at Tidal or in our room (from Tidal) and every meal was wonderful. It's a limited menu but great quality. And their coffee/snack bar opens at 6:30. could be half an hour earlier but better than some. For a family this is a great place.

I was pleasantly surprised with the location and the beautiful grounds. The tropical feel made me feel like I was on an island. Loved being along the shoreline- a sweet retreat. The amenities were perfect: pool, market, restaurants, gym. Easy access to the shoreline, plenty of parking, several fire pits available (first come-first serve). You'll be a short drive to Coronado, Downtown, and other San Diego destinations. I also appreciated the quick drive to the airport. Lastly, I recommend snagging a room near the water.
