Absolutely love this place. Large 3 bedroom suites are wonder and well suited for large families. 1 and 2 bedrooms also available. Down side is 3 bedroom suites are all upstairs, no in room but free laundry, and wifi is a pain unless you pay extra. Upside is super close (walking distance to Disney shuttle), awesome pool, ping-pong, and mini golf, all on location and free. Free happy hour each day with snacks etc. Good weight room and game room, also daily activities for families. This place feels like our home away from home. Would recommend to anyone.

The people who work there were great and super helpful. The location is a long walk or short drive to Disneyland, and surrounded with good restaurants within reasonable walking distances. The room was far less than desirable. There is little to no ventilation in the room, causing it to always feel humid (to the point that the freshly cleaned bed felt like it was damp by the time we got into it in the evening). The lack of airflow (even with the AC units on, which circulate air but do not bring in any fresh air from outside) helps explain the black mold growing all over the bathroom (see picture of room 108). I am not sure how to explain how the brand new flooring somehow managed to be so dirty when we first got there that my kids socks could not be cleaned back to thier original colors (we have the habit of taking off shoes indoors, so I cannot say that it was tracked in by us). Outside of the cleanliness, mold, and constant urine smell in the master bedroom (we stayed in one of the multi bedroom suites) the amenities were nice. The stove worked, the fridge was clean and kept our food and drinks cold. If it wasn't for the rest of the room problems, it would have been a pleasant st

Frankly, this place is great. It's beautiful, safe, convenient, wonderful staff, good amenities, location, etc. The rooms are nice and spacious BUT the dampness/humidity in the rooms and mold smell are highly concerning. My mom often stays at this resort and I sometimes join her but the mold smell makes me concerned for her health. We leave with our clothes smelling of mold every day of the stay...please get this addressed and I'm happy to make this place five stars!

Staff was great, service was outstanding, pool was heated, Wi-Fi worked the first day but second day had to call the customer service. No fault of the resort themselves though. Clean, family friendly environment close to everything. Had a great stay
