Our first time staying at the Suncoast hotel and I can say it did not disappoint. From checking in to our last day we have had a great stay. Everyone at the front desk have been so kind and wonderful. The housekeepers had our rooms in tiptop shape. Our rooms were cleaned everyday and towels replaced. The walk to Disneyland itself is about 10 min depending on how fast you walk. We overall enjoyed our stay and will make the Suncoast our go to hotel when visiting Disneyland

This stellar review is long overdue! The fact that, months later, I still find myself thinking about how wonderful my stay was—and wanted to make sure this hotel received the recognition it deserves—is a testament to the incredible people who work here. I absolutely loved my stay at SunCoast Hotel Anaheim, Tapestry Collection by Hilton! I stayed here while using my three-day Disneyland pass, and this hotel came highly recommended by a friend who is a fellow Disney enthusiast. It exceeded every expectation. The value is incredible. The price was so reasonable, yet the experience felt far beyond what I expected. The hotel is clean, cozy, welcoming, and has a genuine neighborhood feel that made it such a comfortable place to come back to after a full day at the parks. The location is also incredibly convenient, making it quick and easy to get to and from Disneyland. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the people. So many hotels nearby - we wish we had picked another hotel. We went largely on positive reviews and it was a mistake. Overall, the hotel seems nice physically - great pool area, beautiful lobby, etc. But this hotel is "death by a thousand cuts" - lots of little issues that add up and degrade the entire experience. First, food is AWFUL. If you get breakfast, it's expensive and dreadful - and you'll need food if you wake up and want to head to Disney. No other options nearby and the food is truly dreadful. Also, there is no complimentary coffee in lobby: this is really a must and is absolutely standing for similar Hilton-brand hotels. You have a to pay $3 for a cup of coffee in lobby and wait in long line.Second, if you want to chill by the pool, the hot tub is OVER-RUN by un-supervised small children and it is very unsafe. You cannot enjoy the hot-tub, which is a big selling point. Third, not sure why but over our three-night stay NO cleaning service in room - and we ran out of coffee, and shower supplies (conditioner, shampoo) with no replacement. Seems small issue but not. Fourth, the "suite" we got is not a suite in any form - yes, it's large but with no door between living area
