This was our first time trying this hotel. We usually stay at a disney property, but loved the idea of the Waterpark. One thing to mention we did not know or see when booking is the mandatory valet parking while staying at the hotel. Currently it is $46.80 a day. Something to remember if you are driving. Upon arriving at the hotel the bell hops come right over and help you take your bags to your room. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful in answering questions we had about their property and the Disneyland Resort. The rooms are great because they have two queens beds and a bunk bed. So a room can sleep six. The rooms also have two showers, one with a tub which is another great feature. The hotel is very clean and was being decorated for Halloween on our stay. The hotel also serves Starbucks coffee in the lobby so you don't have to wait in line at downtown Disney or the ones in the parks. The Waterpark has two large slides and four smaller slides, a splash pad area, small pool for babies, larger pool, hot tub/spa, and a giant bucket that dumps water. My experience completely turned around thanks to Jose at the front desk. After initially not receiving the assistance I needed, I returned to the front desk looking for a Jose handled the situation, listened carefully, and resolved my issue quickly and professionally. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making things right. His positive attitude, outstanding customer service, and problem-solving skills made me feel valued as a guest. I’m writing this review just minutes after he helped us because exceptional service like his deserves immediate recognition. This was my family’s first time staying at this hotel. We visit Disneyland twice a year and usually stay at different hotels, but because of Jose, we’ll absolutely be returning to this Marriott property. Employees like him are what create loyal guests. Marriott is fortunate to have him on their team. The rooms are huge and clean. I guess the only thing that we had issues with was the Internet.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Room was clean and as requested. Staff very friendly and hotel very clean. Visited the pool twice and kiddos loved it. Prices were decent as expected due to location of hotel. Everything was just perfect. No hesitation if you have any on this hotel. If we ever come back, this would be the hotel to book, no doubt.

We had such a great stay here and would definitely come back next time we visit Disneyland! The waterpark/swimming area was a huge hit for our family and one of the highlights of the trip. The room was bright, clean, and very comfortable. We loved having a microwave, two separate shower areas, and a space to sit and eat. The bunk beds were perfect and made the room feel extra family-friendly. Overall, it was a fun, convenient, and relaxing place to stay. We highly recommend!
