I had a wonderful stay at Sonesta Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff made the experience even better. I especially want to recognize Sejal Shah for her excellent customer service. She was professional, friendly, attentive, and very helpful with our needs. Her kindness and positive attitude truly made us feel valued as guests. Thank you, Sejal, for making our stay smooth and enjoyable. I would gladly stay at Sonesta again and recommend it to others.

Second time staying here. Honestly the front desk staff makes the whole place better. The people at the front are amazing- they were so nice and kind and we love yall! I hate leaving this review but having to argue with this hotel regarding being charged incorrectly after we left has been a pain. 1. Good location. We didn’t use the shuttle so I can’t comment. Easy uber to the convention center for around 15 bucks max. Walmart is very close and you can door dash to the lobby without an issue 2. Rooms are weirdly set up. If you get the biggest room/ suite with 2 rooms- it’s laid out kinda weird. Biggest disappointment was the TVS. No option for smart TVs. Had a guide system from like 1996 and the maintenance dude had to come several times to fix the quality of the picture. We finally gave up and just watched our iPads but for the price you would expect more 3. Breakfast is free so I guess that is why the guy there is so annoyed. I saw a child spill some cereal and he was clearly annoyed with them. No fruit at all- nothing fresh- but it’s free so there’s that. The breakfast staff remain pissed off but you get used to it after a few days 4. They are deceptive about their pool and

I had a great time staying here for the price! The area is clean and seems safe. It wasn’t overly busy or crowded. The service was really friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were super comfy. The only thing is that the shower’s there aren’t ideal, the water pressure is kind of harsh. Nonetheless, I would recommend staying here and will be back shall I return!

It was exactly what my family of 5 needed. Room enough for our 5-year to run around. We needed the two bedrooms and each room holding it's own bathroom. The living area with kitchenette was awesome as well. Customer service was excellent as well. I loved that it was close to everything from great food to Walmart as well. Be ready to pay for parking of course but was worth it being within minutes it Disney. Very clean as well.
