I realize this is more of a budget option, but this is such a shabby spot. Musty and stuffy, no air conditioning in the lobby or hallways during a heatwave. I was sweating inside what can only be the slowest and jankiest elevator in California. If you're gearing up for the rides at Disney, you're in luck, because waiting for that elevator will prepare you for the long lines. The rooms' walls are so thin I could hear a couple in the room beside mine having reasonably quiet relations, spanking included. Happy for them, but not exactly family friendly so close to a theme park. The staff were nice enough and the rooms were clean, so that's something. Spend a little extra if you can afford it and stay at the actual Marriott close by.

We arrived very late at night and was so tired,Marylin was very friendly and helpful checking us in. The rooms are clean and beds were comfy. Definitely recommend the hotel! And shout out to Marylin for making us feel so welcome and smiling after a long day of driving. Also real close to Disney, you can walk if you like.

⭐ 1 Star – Worst Marriott Experience I’ve Ever Had Absolutely unacceptable experience. My children were left stranded after this hotel confirmed over the phone that guests who were 18 years or older could check in. However, when they arrived, they were suddenly denied a room and left without accommodations for the night. What made the situation even worse was the way the staff handled it. My children were treated poorly, made to feel unwelcome, and left embarrassed and humiliated. When I called to resolve the issue, the front desk refused to speak with me and claimed there was no manager available. Rather than offering assistance or trying to find a solution, they left my children sitting in their car trying to figure out where they were going to sleep. No family should ever be put in that position because of inaccurate information and a complete lack of customer service. This situation was entirely avoidable had the hotel communicated its policies correctly from the beginning. To make matters worse, the hotel has since refused to answer or return phone calls regarding the incident. We came to visit Disneyland and the spot is great to walk there and our rooms were clean. The cleaning crew was nice and were friendly. The only thing that made me do 3 stars was random charges on my card. I checked in and they said there was a 150 security deposit, I had no problem with that. Later that night I got a random charge of 10 bucks and then around 2 am I got a charge of 80. Confused from these charges I went downstairs to ask what the charges were for? I ended taking to 5 different people from the reception area and none them knew about the charges. They ended up saying it was fraud? This is the only hotel were I ever had that happened to me and well that stresses you out and makes you think well did my credit card information get stolen? I just did not like that experience. Also they charge 35 bucks per day for parking just a heads up

We are not "hotel people". We own an RV and usually bring our "home" with us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Marriott. Every member of the staff we encountered was phenomenal! A special shout out to Issac and Chirac at the front desk and Donna and Jeff in the Bistro and bar for their amazing service and friendliness! So welcoming, kind and helpful! Our room and bathroom were each huge and clean and the shower was awesome! The pool and hot tub were well maintained and the patio area was clean and comfortable.
