I came with my grandma and we got to the hotel pretty late, we go up to the front desk and the guy we got told us that there system is down, but the lady who was next to us was doing guests in like 5 minutes the guy we got took over half an hour and I’m not good with Spanish but my grandma is fluent and was telling me that the guy we had was talking sexually and really bad about us. The room wasn’t even ready and when we got there all they wanted was to charge us, there was no coffee maker so we called for some hot water (we like having night tea) and told us we had to go to the bar (we were using the guest service) and the elevator sounded like it was on its last life the elevator shakes violently (reason why at night we didn’t want to go at night besides that it was 11pm) maybe it was just a bad day for the guy we got because all the staff we had after were so eager to help us out and were so kind.

Decided to stay here because our electricity was faulty, this hotel is close to our home, We drive by all the time and wondered about it. We are so happy to finally become acquainted with this lovely establishment. It’s beautiful, clean and the service is incredible, and I mean INCREDIBLY GOOD . Go see cute Avery in the restaurant, and Charles or Mary at the bar, both amazing human beings. We have found a home away from home. Had to come back & edit my review because I wanted to add these wonderful people, thank you so much to Matt and Jeff the managers for making our stay absolutely perfect! Not sure how they will replace Matt when he leaves, they are big shoes to fill. Shout out to , Will and Taylor (FD) Mary (server in the dining room) and Diana (not sure, just an amazing employee) And the chefs who make the great food. Thank you again, we will be back for more, especially since you added pool side service! Loraine & Jeffrey Johnson
