We had a wonderful, wonderful time. With construction going on, we weren't sure how it would be but there was absolutely no issues with our visit. Staff went above and beyond and made us feel so welcome. Curtis at reception is fabulous, we qualified for a room upgrade and when the upgrade was unavailable he upgraded us to a suite. Valet was top notch. Restaurant was delicious and also top notch service. Forever grateful to have chosen such a beautiful hotel to kick off our vacation. Thank you Joule staff. 💜

My husband and I had a lovely weekend stay at The Joule earlier this month. We stayed in the Joule Suite and thought it was perfect - the room was beautiful and thoughtfully designed. We didn't hear any noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms, though we did catch some occasional street noise at night. Nothing major, but worth keeping in mind if you're a light sleeper. The staff was always very professional and helpful, including the valet, front desk and room service. When leaving the hotel for the airport, we saw our car wasn't pulled up yet, despite receiving confirmation of our valet service request. It turned out the request was missed so the valet had to run to the overnight parking lot to retrieve our car. While it added another 15 minutes to our departure, we really appreciated how quickly and gracefully the front desk resolved the issue without any excuses or attitude. We were so impressed with how they handled the situation, we're already planning to stay again at The Joule next month!

Our stay at The Jewel Hotel was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They genuinely seemed to care that we had everything we needed, and that level of hospitality was consistent throughout our stay. Like any trip, we had a couple of small miscommunications along the way. What impressed me wasn't that they happened, but how quickly and professionally the staff made everything right. That's the true measure of great customer service, and The Jewel Hotel exceeded our expectations. We were also delighted that the hotel is dog-friendly. It made traveling so much easier, and our four-legged companion was welcomed just like any other guest. Another thing that stood out was the follow-up. Throughout our stay, the staff checked in with us to make sure everything was going well and to see if there was anything else we needed. That proactive level of service is becoming increasingly rare and made us feel genuinely cared for. The accommodations were comfortable, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and every interaction reinforced that hospitality is a priority here. Five-star service isn't about perfection. It'

We had a beautiful time celebrating my partner’s 40th. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the room was gorgeous but Rita and Oscar deserve the most praise. Rita with the concierge made sure everything was perfect before we arrived, ensuring the flowers and cake—even the color scheme—was perfect to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. Oscar helped us to our room, made sure we had a beautiful tour, and was so personable. He helped us into cars, talked with us, and remembered us. Rita and Oscar made our experience go from a stay at a nice hotel to a stay worthy of remembering with a higher caliber of care. We are so grateful to them both, they did not have to go that extra mile but they did it with such grace and poise.

I would rate this 6 stars if possible. Beautiful hotel that was converted from a bank building. The esthetic is focused on interesting art pieces. But its the people who take this hotel over the top. Never on all my travels have I met so many wonderful staff who genuinely engaged and seemed to love where they work. I especially want to note Wes and Ray in the restaurant CBD and Ryan in the spa but by no means were they the only ones who made our stay special. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable and had a luxe feel to the bedding. My only dislike was the bathroom (which, BTW, was huge). The new trend in hotels seems to be these glass bathrooms that in my opinion are too open to the rest of the room....I like a little mystery in there and don't need anyone watching my outline brushing my teeth etc. But everything was extremely clean and very nicely done. The Spa was also a great experience and had all those touches that made it feel decadent but also they did a great job. CBD was excellent. Every meal we had there was delicious. Order the chicken...wow. Fantastic! The Italian place was okay but not memorable. Overall I highly recommend this place. Not sure I will have
