I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas and had a very comfortable experience. The hotel was well maintained, and the room was clean, quiet, and spacious. After a long day exploring Dallas, it was nice to come back to a place that felt relaxing. The staff were professional and friendly throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and everyone I interacted with was helpful without being overly formal. I also liked the location since it made it easy to get around the city and visit nearby restaurants and shops. One thing that stood out was how peaceful the hotel felt despite being in a busy area. The common areas were comfortable, and everything seemed well organized. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would consider returning the next time I'm in Dallas.

This was an absolutely breathtaking, five-star stay at ⁠The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas! From the unbeatable downtown location to the attentive staff and incredible dining, every special touch made this one of my all-time favorite luxury experiences Amazing stay! I really want to give a special mention to Rick at the pool. He was friendly, instinctual about the needs of my friend and I. He really made my day and for that I’m grateful. I’ll definitely come back!

As an interfaith wedding rabbi and officiant, I have had the privilege of celebrating weddings at some of the finest venues in Dallas, and The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas is one of those rare places that has become synonymous with luxury, hospitality, and timeless elegance. Located in the heart of Uptown, The Ritz-Carlton offers couples the opportunity to celebrate in one of Dallas's most iconic hotels. From the moment guests arrive, there is a sense of refinement and attention to detail that defines the entire experience. The elegant interiors, grand event spaces, and impeccable service create an atmosphere that feels sophisticated without ever feeling pretentious. What I especially appreciate is the way the hotel combines luxury with genuine Texas hospitality. While the setting is unquestionably elegant, there is also a warmth and welcoming spirit that allows couples, families, and guests to feel comfortable and fully present throughout the celebration. That balance is not easy to achieve, and The Ritz-Carlton does it exceptionally well. From a ceremony standpoint, the hotel's ballrooms and event spaces provide a beautiful canvas for weddings of many different styles and traditions.

The Ritz-Carlton is absolutely stunning, and it completely lives up to its reputation for incredible hospitality. From the exact moment you step into the gorgeous lobby, you are surrounded by an atmosphere of pure elegance that somehow still feels genuinely warm and welcoming. One of my absolute favorite details has to be the spectacular floral design. The massive, vibrant flower arrangements throughout the property are total masterpieces, and the incredible attention to detail in every single display is just breathtaking. It is these thoughtful, artistic touches that make walking through the hotel feel like such a special, elevated experience. On top of the beautiful ambiance, the food is delightful. Every meal is beautifully prepared, packed with incredible flavor, and serves as a total highlight of the stay. However, what truly makes this place stand out is the wonderful staff. I want to give a huge, heartfelt shout-out to the morning security team, who went completely above and beyond to help me find a lost personal item. Their quick professionalism and reassuring kindness turned what could have been a super stressful morning into a completely seamless, positive experience. The

We have stayed at the Ritz-Carlton, Dallas on numerous occasions and have enjoyed our experiences each and every time! The location in Uptown is great - the hotel is walkable to many great shops and restaurants and the views from the upper floors and even the pool are lovely. The property is always well maintained. I especially look forward to the seasonal arrangement of fresh flowers in the center of the lobby; they are a focal point! The rooms are spacious and include a bathtub and shower; this is great for couples wanting a relaxing environment or even families traveling with children. On this particular stay our room did not include robes or slippers as I seem to recall in the past, but Laura S. had our room feeling fresh and clean and she was so thoughtful to provide a robe for our daughter to wear to and from the pool! The customer service is ultimately the highlight of our visits and one of the main reasons we continue to return. A number of the employees have been with the team for years and we enjoy feeling like “family” when we visit. Ben Jones, Bell Hop/Valet goes above and beyond to make little moments feel so special for us and especially for our daughter! He
