Village is really a village! It's called that for a reason! There is really so much in that area. Restaurants, shops, a garage, dog daycare, gym, so many things. We upgraded from the room to the loft. Loft was beautiful, spacious. Only 2 big complaints. The loft was SO hot! Obviously we were in and out throughout the day, so we didnt drop the temperature too low, but it was struggling to stay between 70-74 during the day. I get it, it is hot outside. But even at night when you drop the temperature, it never got lower than 68, and I did not think to check the settings but I think it was set to turn 70 degrees at 5 or 6 in the morning because every morning we woke up in a sweat and look at the thermostat and we were back set at 70 with the temperature at 71 or 72. Second complaint is the water. Tub water never got hot, couldn't even utilize the tub. Sink water never got hot, had to wash our faces and brush teeth in cold water, good thing we didnt have any dishes to wash. And water in the showers would take 15-20 minutes to get hot. Definitely would put you behind for whatever you had planned. And on the last day, it never got hot at all. Very inconvenient and unacceptable. Minor comp

I just wanted a calm weekend with a little spice and it was perfect! Rooms were minimalist, comfy, clean, perfect! The view to the pool was 10/10. Bed was comfortable, pillows were fluffy. I got greeted with roses in bed requested by my SO, and from what he tells me it was a smooth process. You have access to the staff through text. The bell men that helped us out with baggage and valet parking did amazing. Shout out to Bray and Lance. The little spice was added by the events going on that weekend— pool events were 10/10. Great child less weekend.

Phenomenal location, beautiful property, and excellent amenities, but the service left something to be desired. We stayed here for our anniversary and truly appreciated the thoughtful touches waiting for us—a handwritten note, treats, and flower petals in the room. Those details made us feel special and set a wonderful tone for the stay. Unfortunately, our interactions with the front desk were less impressive. Both at check-in and check-out, the staff seemed rushed and somewhat inconvenienced by our presence rather than welcoming. Hospitality can make or break a guest experience, and this was an area where the property fell short. The pool area was gorgeous, and the attendants there were friendly and attentive. During our stay, there was also a major car fire nearby that resulted in many services and dining options being temporarily shut down, leaving us to DoorDash our meals. This was obviously outside the hotel’s control, but it was an unfortunate circumstance during our anniversary getaway. Best experience ever! From, Valet, to Check-in, and Customer Service. Every employ that I came in contact with went above and beyond the call of duty. Room exceeded my expectations from amenities to cleanliness. The pool party was an unexpected surprise. We had the best time. Everyone so friendly. Monica was exceptional at her job!
