I had an amazing stay at Le Méridien Dallas by the Galleria** while celebrating my friend's birthday.From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Saul, who made our stay even more memorable with his kindness, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and his attention to detail truly made a difference. The hotel was beautiful, clean, stylish, and had a wonderful atmosphere. The room was comfortable, the location was perfect, and the overall experience was everything we hoped for while celebrating my friend's birthday. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend Le Méridien Dallas by the Galleria to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable experience. We will definitely be coming back!

We've stayed at this property numerous times. Crystal and the rest of the staff have always been courteous, kind, and extremely helpful. It's in a great location that is central to everywhere we visit. The property and rooms have always been comfortable and clean. Parking is ample and secure. The bar and common area have a great aesthetic for catching up with friends or meeting for business. This is our go-to property every time we stay in the metroplex.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years, but this was, without question, the worst hotel experience of my life. The room was in terrible condition, but that wasn’t even the worst part. The walls and A/C vents were covered in mold and fungus—it honestly looked like a biology experiment. Breathing the air felt like a health hazard. To make things even better, the air conditioning wasn’t just broken in our room… it wasn’t working throughout the entire hotel from the moment we checked in until we left. In the middle of a Texas summer, that’s almost impressive. At this point, I genuinely don’t understand how this property is still open. Calling this a “hotel” is generous. It should be closed until it’s safe for guests. If you’re considering staying here, do yourself a favor: save your money, save your vacation, and book literally anywhere else. Even sleeping in your car might come with better air quality.
