Stayed with my wife for a weekend beach getaway, and this hotel exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the team created a genuine sense of hospitality that made the experience feel special. The complimentary extras really added value to our stay from beach towels, morning coffee, and an evening social hour were thoughtful touches that made it easy to relax and enjoy the weekend. As a road warrior who spends plenty of time in hotels, I have to call out the gym. It was one of the best hotel gyms I’ve experienced, with a great variety of equipment to change up your normal routine, including heavy-duty lifting chains and even a climbing wall! It’s clear they put thought into creating a space that goes beyond the typical hotel gym. The front desk team was incredibly accommodating with every request. You can genuinely feel a culture of hospitality throughout the hotel, it never felt transactional, and the team consistently made us feel welcomed and taken care of. One of my favorite parts of a beach vacation (or any vacation really!) is an afternoon spritzy cocktail, and we were introduced to the Sarti Spritz. Amazing hotel with lots to do and an in-house restaurant. Valet was questionable. Two guys were memorable for their speed and attention to the customer. Parking is not included in the stay, and if it is, it’s because you had to pay extra for it, even if discounted. One street over from the pier and within walking distance to almost every restaurant. I will be considering this hotel for future stays. Regarding valet: One guy was basically like, “Bro, we’re really busy.” The other guy, as I was leaving… I told him I held onto my keys because they took 15 minutes to come downstairs to unlock my car. I asked if I could have my car after I handed him the key, and he looked around, threw his hands down, and said, “…I… I… have to stay here, okay? I can’t go anywhere.” Then, after he brought my car out, he said, “Can I see your ticket? Otherwise, I can’t give you the key.” Let’s be real for a second. I gave him the key to begin with because I held onto it after realizing they were taking too long to come downstairs and unlock my car. Then he wanted the ticket from the day before to prove the key I gave him was to my car that he pulled up in, and acted like he never saw me hand him the k

I am completely bewildered that anybody rates this hotel less than 5 stars. From arrival to departure everything was great. Easy parking lot with decently large parking places. Up the elevator and directly into the lobby which is decorated perfectly. The staff were so friendly and so helpful - multiple people went out of their way to make suggestions of local things to do while I was in town. This wasn't going down a list of places that had paid to have the hotel mention them, this was genuine helpful suggestions given personally. I really appreciated it. The rooms were large and spotlessly clean. The partial ocean view that my room had was fantastic. From the hotel it was an extremely easy walk to countless restaurants/bars and several great coffee shops. In the evening there was a social hour with free drinks being served in the lobby (which is an indoors outdoors space with table games etc etc and outdoor fire pits with seating) I very highly recommend this hotel and would return here any time I'm in town in the future. This really made a business trip into a pleasure
