We had such a lovely stay! The hotel is beautiful, everything was really clean, the amenities are great, and you can’t beat the location. The walls are a little thin, but that was really our only complaint. Mike was awesome and really made our stay. He was so friendly and professional, helped us out right away, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving guests a great experience. We had such a great time and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Very good! This resort is very beautiful. It has a waterfront view with a balcony and palm trees. Not a very far walk from the Huntington Pier. The really convenient thing I like was that there was a bridge that connects the hotel to the beach instead of waiting minutes on the crosswalk. This hotel was massive. Two major pools, and slides. Really love the amenities, alongside with free, strong wifi and a minibar. I have also never seen a hotel with a water refilling machine alongside with a hot water dispenser. 6 stars if I could. Such an experience I will never forget in my life. Staff are very nice The beds are very comfortable, even the couch in the lobby was comfortable. There were many restaurants to choose from, and they were very delicious. Game zone was $5 per 100 credits and was still very fun, I played air hockey with people. Overall, a gorgeous experience for the first time I tried Hyatt. Honestly don’t know why this is a 4 star hotel. Sad that I only stayed here for a night.

We did a little beach getaway and stayed here. The resort was very big, accommodating and fun. The kids had a blast at the water slides. The resort has its own private bridge to the beach which was perfect. Pete’s Sunset Grill was the perfect spot to have dinner. Lastly, having a fire-pit right outside our room was the ultimate way to wind down as the kids roasted marshmallows!

I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt for a girl's night out! One of the best aspects was the convenience; everything was so close by, making it easy to enjoy our time together. We spent our days just hanging out, doing absolutely nothing, and indulging in delightful brunches, dinners, and breakfasts. The room service was fantastic, with prompt delivery and delicious options that really enhanced our experience. Plus, the views from our room were simply amazing, overlooking the pool and the ocean, which added a beautiful backdrop to our relaxation. The attentiveness of the staff was also noteworthy. They were always ready to assist, ensuring that our needs were met and that we had a carefree getaway. Overall, we had a great time and created lasting memories. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing escape!
