We reserved a room for a week to help take care of my folks. My dad has had some serious health issues. The hotel itself is not bad the golf course is nice the problems are all about the Dallas Cowboys. They are coming here in two weeks and the hotel is going bonkers with maintenance crews machinery equipment a cell tower in the parking lots as well as six trailers in the parking lots. All the parking taken by the crews. I have had to park three blocks away from my building and room after spending all day trying to take care of parents. My spouse has been trying to work and have meetings with leaf blowers carpet cleaners compression tools all day long it is ridiculous. The hotel should have warned us we had no way of knowing. I would never recommend staying here during this time of year AND I would never recommend this hotel for being so apathetic to their paying guests. NEVER EVER stay here.

This venue is about an hour from LA / Universal Studios. There are nearby grocery stores and shops. The nearby cinema is also great! Check in was easy as expected. The price of the rooms is not on par with what you get. Keep in mind this is my opinion. My thoughts: 1) The beds are soft and my back just didn't adjust even after 6 nights. 2) Garbage and debris was consistently on the ground and in the laundry room room 3) Kitchen amenities are lacking. More than one pan is needed and I do not understand why they wouldn't supply you with a nonstick one at that. No tongs, no whisk, no coffee filters, no dish soap, used sponge.... you get the picture here. 4) I asked the front desk for extra kitchen and bathroom towels to be delivered to our room and was told someone would bring them shortly. They never came. 5) There are two pools and three hot tubs. The hot tub was warm, not hot. 6) There is lots of parking 7) There were three tv's in our room which is convenient. I will say they are older tv's and don't have much installed for streaming. 8) I didn't use the gym facility or pickelball courts, but they looked nice.

This place is great. Staff is wonderful. Carlos from the morning breakfast staff was amazing and a treat to every guest. Pretty easy access to the rooms. View of the golf course and the bright settings are nice. Lobby is large if you need space and the business center lets you print your documents for free if needed. Please keep in mind the best free WiFi you’re getting here is 10mbps down at best. It will spike to over 100 when you first start but it will throttle you all the way back down. Keep that in mind. I didn’t like that the staff takes up full on parking spots with their go carts in the most optimal spaces. Get ready to clean off massive amounts of bird poop every single day of your stay. The guests staying have no self regard for the hours of the day. Depending on your spot you’ll hear people conversations from 10pm to 3am if they park outside your room.

The room itself/amenities here met our expectations, and were what we needed—the interior was more updated than you’d anticipate, and the stovetop, kitchen sink, dishwashing supplies, and full size fridge/freezer were great to have access to. The exterior landscaping is very attractive, as well. The continental breakfast is fine—standard chain hotel situation. The housekeeping aspect left much to be desired. To my understanding, there is no housekeeping on Sundays. We checked in on a Saturday, and could roll with not having any light housekeeping until Monday. My partner had to ask the front desk for an additional coffee pouch for Monday morning, but no biggie. However, upon returning Monday evening after a full day out, our towels (which we left on the floor as instructed) had not been replaced, coffee had not been replenished for the morning ahead, trash had not been taken (keeping in mind we used the kitchenette and had accumulated some food waste), etc. Also, the lotion dispenser was clearly refilled with hand soap prior to our check in, which we told the front desk on Sunday, and which was not addressed during our stay given the lack of housekeeping on Monday. We stayed here for a quick one-night getaway and had a wonderful experience. Making the reservation online was quick & easy. Though we checked in fairly late, the staff were attentive & welcoming. The suite was incredibly spacious, clean, and felt more like a mini-apartment than a standard hotel room, complete with a full kitchen. The staff at breakfast were friendly and efficient, which made our quick stay hassle-free. We also loved the location right by the golf course—very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again!
