We were at Margaritaville Jacksonville Beach for a wedding on July 25th and had such a wonderful time! We had a fantastic dinner, and the whole atmosphere was so fun and welcoming. We especially loved the Chillakaya Duo playing in the lobby. They even played our favorite song so we could get up and dance—such a special touch that made the night even more memorable! 🎶💃 We also loved browsing the gift shop, and the bartenders were friendly, fun, and made us feel right at home. Such a great place with a wonderful vacation vibe. We would definitely come back! 🌴🍹

Great location and value for being on the beach! Super kind and attentive staff! Brittany (?) at the concierge/front desk was so personable and hilarious while keeping it all pro. The cleaning staff was thorough and refreshed our room while taking action on our daily written requests (thank you!). The partial view was awesome with each room having access to the sight and smell of the ocean. Quiet and large Key West style room with a nice firm comfy King bed. Direct access to the beach for morning walks and access to Atlantic/Neptune Beaches Town Center was fabulous - a quick 2 mile walk to tons of restaurants and shops! The valet Team was speedy, kind and took awesome care of our vehicle for the 5-days we stayed. Sending big gratitude to everyone at Margaritaville JAX Beach who worked to make our stay so nice! ⭐⭐ Beautiful view, but communication and service fall flat I want to start with what went right: the room itself was nice, the view overlooking the pier was genuinely great, and check-in was smooth and easy. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. Before our stay, I made two reservations — one overnight stay for a friend's birthday, and a multi-day reservation for the 4th of July, which included tickets to their 4th of July event and a snack package. Those event tickets and snack items never appeared on my invoice confirmation, so I called AND emailed several times to get it straightened out. I received nothing back. No return call, no email, no acknowledgment whatsoever. When a guest is trying to give you MORE money for your own event and can't get a response, that's a serious operations problem. I ended up cancelling the 4th of July reservation. The birthday reservation was attached to an old card, and the only communication I ever received from this hotel was a payment issue email that arrived well after I could do anything about it. By that point, I no longer wanted to stay anyway, so I let that one cancel too. My husband separately booked a 4th of July room (the one ove
