Enjoy World Cup experience! I want to sincerely thank everyone at the restaurant for your outstanding hospitality and exceptional service. This was my second time visiting, and once again, you exceeded all expectations. A special thank you to Leandro and Sebastian for your incredible hospitality and attention to detail. I was invited by a friend to watch and celebrate the World Cup, and with Miami being so busy and hectic, I know it wasn't an easy day. Despite how incredibly crowded the restaurant was, you and your entire team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, well taken care of, and truly enjoyed our experience. Your kindness, professionalism, and genuine care did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Leandro, Sebastian, and the entire staff for working so hard and making our visit such a memorable one. We truly appreciate everything you did and can't wait to come back. Well done!

I do not often write reviews, however, in this case I must because the person I am writing about is more than a great asset to Brickell Arch. It's all about Nathan Frank! From the moment I checked in it was apparent Nathan enjoyed his job and interacting with people. He educated me on services and alike and instructed me how to arrive at my room which was a neat security protocol. On the last night of my stay I ordered room service and called back when the main meal was not what I had ordered. The gentleman answering the phone was a bit testy and even went as far as to tell me I must have known it was on the menu because I had eaten in the restaurant. I had never eaten in the restaurant. A new order was sent, the incorrect one sent back. When I returned home I realized there was an issue with what was billed to my card. Nathan worked with his Food and Beverage Manager to correct the situation and kept me apprised throughout. The matter was resolved because of Nathan's diligence and kind nature. Each contact with him made me feel valued while he kept me in the loop. To whomever reads this, you have a fantastic ambassador of your hotel brand who goes above and beyond to ensur

My stay at Brickell Arch Miami has truly been exceptional and one that I will remember for years to come. As a first-time visitor to Miami, I was excited about the trip, but what made it unforgettable was the incredible level of hospitality I received during my stay. I want to say Thank you to Nathan, who went far above and beyond anything I have ever experienced at a hotel in the United States. From the moment I arrived, he took the time to make sure I felt welcomed, informed, and genuinely cared for. He thoroughly explained all of my American Express and Marriott Bonvoy benefits, ensured I was taking full advantage of every perk available to me, and consistently checked in to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. A wonderful hotel in the heart of Brickell. I have stayed here many times. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and super clean. Great restaurant for breakfast or dinner, with outdoor seating. But the best aspect may be the warm and welcoming staff. They do everything possible to make your stay personalized. Corey at the front desk is amazing, takes great care of me every time I come. I highly recommend this hotel.

Top notch hotel in the heart of Brickell! Service was immaculate and area was very safe even late at night. Hotel is accessible by the people mover across the street. Tons of shopping and restaurants nearby! Parking is plenty in the attached garage / it is only 30$ for self parking which I’d recommend since valet is 50$ and even if you want to go some place, come back and pay for self parking again, you will still come out on top since it is only 16$ for up to 10 hours! Room was massive - we had a 1 bed, living, kitchen and also a washer dryer in room and a large balcony. The room was serviced all days (except for one day and it was quickly resolved with a call to the front desk!) the one complaint about the room is that the tv’s were 20 years old maybe! In this era of digital streaming, these antique ones felt like a time warp! The bathroom was also dated and the shower nozzles surely need to be cleaned since water went everywhere! We had complementary breakfast thanks to Amex, it was hearty - the over night oats and French toast are highly recommended!
