⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience at EAST Miami, thanks in large part to Lester! From the moment I arrived, he had an amazing attitude and made me feel genuinely welcomed. He surprised me with a beautiful room upgrade and a complimentary bottle of champagne for my birthday, which made my celebration feel even more special. 🥂✨ Lester’s kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out. It’s those thoughtful touches that make you want to return. Thank you, Lester, for helping make my birthday stay so memorable. I hope to visit EAST Miami again very soon!

The hotel’s location is excellent. It’s modern, luxurious, and within walking distance of Brickell City Centre, as well as many great bars, restaurants, and clubs. One of the biggest highlights is the popular rooftop bar located in the hotel. As a guest, you can skip the long lines and head straight up, which is a great benefit. The pool is on the smaller side, but it’s still nice for relaxing. Most of the staff were outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Unfortunately, the experience at the front desk was different. Some of the staff came across as arrogant, which made us feel a bit unwelcome. Thankfully, this was limited to the front desk, as everyone else was truly exceptional. There were a few other downsides. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room twice despite us reporting it, which was disappointing. Communication with the housekeeping staff was also difficult, as they only spoke Spanish and no English. The elevators were fast despite the building’s height, but they made unusual noises, and one elevator did not stop level with the floor, creating a potential tripping hazard. I took my partner here for his birthday this past weekend. We had the corner king suite 3320… everything was okay.. at first. Until night 2 we saw brown roaches in our room. It mad us feel terrible sleeping in there we quickly cleaned the room and put all our stuff up. We did not want to take anything home with us. Be ware of this. The faction is good because there are endless things to do in the arena. Cleanliness? I don’t know. There were also mystery staring on the balcony furniture and some of the curtains. Disappointed as I spent a lot of money. I will be calling to escalate concerns.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team at EAST Miami for making our stay truly unforgettable. We checked in on July 4 and arrived at the hotel around 11:00 AM. From the very first moment, Manager Luis welcomed us with genuine warmth, kindness, and outstanding professionalism. His hospitality immediately made us feel at home. As we were celebrating our honeymoon, Luis generously upgraded our room, making our stay even more special and memorable. His thoughtful gesture and exceptional customer service truly exceeded our expectations. Everything about EAST Miami was outstanding from the beautiful hotel and excellent facilities to the attentive staff and exceptional service. We genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay and will definitely return in the future. A heartfelt thank you to Luis and the entire EAST Miami team for creating such a wonderful and unforgettable honeymoon experience.

Absolutely amazing experience at EAST Miami. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, elegant, and perfectly taken care of. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, great views, and such a modern Miami vibe. A special thank you to Luis and Patricia for making the experience even better. Their service was outstanding, super kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They made us feel comfortable and well taken care of the whole time. Definitely one of the best hotel experiences in Miami. I would 100% recommend EAST Miami and will definitely be coming back.

First of all the locations phenomenal. Right in the middle of Brickell with an unlimited amount of awesome for eating and bar nights. This is my second time name due to my work trip and the service is beyond my expectation. To start the very first day, I was way too early to check in, But being in a rush to get to a meeting, They accommodated the shower and allowed me to get ready and show up fresh versus right from the airplane. That was a very nice gesture, and I really appreciate them allowing me to freshen up before my check in. Secondly, the lounge bar service was really nice. They have a good selection of drinks and coffee without having to go out out. A server by the name of Iris Was super nice And quite frankly made me the best coffee I’ve ever had. She remembered my order I was super delightful Every time I showed up in the morning. I apologize for not catching the name, but there was one person that helped me with my luggage, Big Dude, He was super nice and very friendly And helpful as well. Everyone was very nice honestly. Look forward to staying there again. This is my favorite spot of Miami so far.
