The staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone we interacted with was great. Between check in, locking our keycards in our room (twice), checkout and calling back hours after check out because I couldn’t find my wallet, (it was in my bag that’s too big) everyone was super helpful and accommodating. Bed-super comfy, room clean and well maintained, delicious breakfast menu at the restaurant, a lounge/bar, and coffee place IN the hotel! Parking is a little less than ideal, but with most downtowns that is the case. There is a free parking garage, which I recommend. There is parking along the sides of the hotel, and $25/day valet if you don’t want to deal with parking at all. Many restaurants and stores are in walking distance, like barbershops if you need a quick trim before a wedding as my husband did. The worst thing about the whole experience was the conditioner didn’t want to come out of the tiny bottle. Yep! That’s it! Thick conditioner, tiny hard plastic bottle = have to squeeze it with both hands. But it smelled nice and fresh!

I think I’m going to contact the local health department. My family and I stayed and were totally catfished into a very poor experience. Great location and pictures but that was not the case on arriving WiFi does NOT work. Check the reviews - everyone has same experience. Doesn’t allow you an option to put in password. Pool is a scam- caution tape everywhere and nothing like pics. I paid $50 to valet for two nights and valet left at 10 and I was told to park it myself. Guy at desk helped when I refused to but next night I just self parked and had to ask for it to be removed. We were downtown midland of course I was coming back during a holiday weekend after 10 pm. Food in shop is expired. I have pictures for proof and I gave back to front desk. Smell was atrocious Ice machines are all broke except on 10th floor. But only one elevator works for entire hotel so be prepared to wait forever. I requested an extra blanket and was told that they didn’t have any. Any at all. How do you clean your rooms after checkout if you don’t have access blankets?? I’m now concerned for health reason and sanitary anxiety. Was in a room for 4 ppl and only given 2 towels. Front desk clerk Seneca and Jacob were great, Friendly and Helpful. Forest the doorman was friendly and helpful. These 3 people made our stay so much more pleasant. Seneca should be manager as hard as she works to please everyone. I will definitely be back .
