The operator is one of the most disrespectful people I’ve ever interacted with. Condescending, rude, etc. you know the type. We booked two rooms and both were disgusting. Stains on the sheets, mess in the microwaves, smelled like weed, and certainly not up to safety code. The entire place was, “under renovations” which most certainly was not true. It looks like a junk yard. When asking for a refund, we were given every excuse in the book. Including the owner telling us “we can’t give you a refund because prices are just too low to stay in business.” I mean, brother. That is not my problem. If I were you, I would avoid this place at all costs. There’s no low price worth staying here.

The host was nice but the overnight host was sleep when you walk in the entrance. I was told, we are doing renovations when I initially arrived. Since I booked non refundable I was stuck there. The television choices were nice but the room was sketchy. There were small flying bugs and ants that bit me! In short, not satisfied. Not top notch clean, bugs and a cigarette lives above the bathroom door. The host tried to correct everything and I appreciate that.

I reviewed my stay as comfortable, but bare minimum. If you are in a pinch, if nothing else is available, it is what it is. It was after a one night stay that I discovered a problem. I had been booked & stated for one night but was charged for 2 nights. Check out time is 11am. At 1055am I carried my things to my car and placed them inside. When I attempted to gain entry to the outside door, my card would not open the entranced. I had to walk up to the front and speak with the desk clerk to reenter the inside area. This was at 1105am. My room was at the far back corner. When I arrived at my room the housekeeping staff was entering. I told them I needed to grab just a couple of things. I alerted them as I quickly left the room. When I got back to the front desk the same female clerk was watching TV in the lobby area. I let her know I was leaving the key card at the front desk. I asked if I would be getting my deposit back the same day and she said yes. Sometime later I was reviewing my bank statement and saw the double charge. I immediately called the hotel & spoke to a man who answered the phone. I explained my charge and he said that I had checked out late. I explained the circu
