I visited a couple weeks ago. The first time it started to rain and Emmanuel told me to monitor the weather and call back to see if they were open instead of just waiting. I can back the next day with my son and niece. I was very overwhelmed and needed help with the lockers. I asked some staff could they assist me. Their response was the lockers had pictures as a guide. I stated I saw the pictures but still needed help, again I’m over stimulated. Emmanuel came from the back and immediately came around to assist. He was the first to great us and continued to make sure everything was okay after. Meanwhile, the gentleman that refused to help made us feel uncomfortable afterwards. I usually don’t write reviews but this experience really spoke to my spirit. On a day where it was hard to get up, get dressed, get my family out of the house because of my own problems, his customer service made it worth it. Thank you so much Emmanuel. My family really appreciates your willingness to go above and beyond for others.

I gave this water park 2 stars because, in my opinion, it's simply not worth the cost if you're not staying in the area. Admission is expensive for what you get, especially for local families just wanting a day at the water park. My biggest issue was with the lifeguards. Many appeared to be teenagers who seemed more focused on blowing whistles for minor things than actually interacting with children in a helpful way. A lot of the situations could have been handled with a simple conversation instead of constant whistle blowing. At the same time, there were moments when they seemed more interested in talking among themselves than paying attention to what was happening around the pools. Another thing that didn't make sense was the mandatory 15-minute water break. You're already at a water park and in the water, so being required to get out for 15 minutes felt unnecessary and took away from the experience. Overall, the facility itself wasn't terrible, but between the high admission cost, the lifeguard experience, and the frequent interruptions, it just wasn't worth it for my family. Unfortunately, I wouldn't return, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars.

Went there for my daughter's friend birthday hangout. It was such a nice place for the kids as they enjoy the water slides, the lazy river and the bucket splash. (Kids younger than 7 years old needs to be accompanied by adult). Ensure to go in your swimsuit as your might not be allowed in the pool

Very fun for the kiddos. Many lifeguards on duty watching simultaneously therefore having a great time! Puts your mind at ease...There are many different areas of swimming entertainment including two slightly different tall fast water slides with lifeguards at the top and bottom of the slides. There are plenty of low sitting chairs to sit in and covered so you don't get burned to a crisp.
