O2 Performance Aquatics is an amazing swim school. My Daughter has been swimming for 10 years and she wants to pursue a career in swimming. She joined the O2 swim team last year. Coach Junior has taught her many great things and has shown her much support along the way. Coach Junior and Coach VI are very encouraging and they focus on improving the swimmer's technique and mindset. The coaches are frendly and professional, they have great communication with the swimmers. My daughter came home from practice everyday with a smile on her face and telling us something new she learned that day. Within a matter of weeks, she felt more confident in herself and her swimming. You could definitely see how much she improved in a couple months on this team. We are very thankful to have found this swim school and swim team, we highly recommend this school.

I had the privilege of being part of the O2 Aquatics swim team, and it was an incredible experience! The team's camaraderie, coaching, and dedication to excellence made every practice a joy. The coaches' expertise and encouragement helped me improve my skills and push beyond my limits. The supportive environment and positive energy made me feel like part of a family. We celebrated each other's successes. O2 not only helped me grow as a swimmer but also taught me valuable life skills like discipline, hard work, and teamwork. I'm grateful for the memories, friendships, and personal growth I experienced with O2. If you're looking for a swim team that will help you reach new heights, look no further! O2 is an exceptional team that will inspire and motivate you to be your best. Coach Junior and Vi are exceptional to say the least!!!

We have been with O2 performance aquatics since 2019. I currently have three swimmers on the team and the team has really become part of our family. I even practice with the masters team when time permits. Coach Junior and Coach Vi are phenomenal coaches and are dedicated to the success of the swimmers and the team. They are able to successful coach the beginner level (developmental team) to the national level swimmers. I consider the team and coaches to be a hidden gem within North Texas Swimming. For now team remains small and this really allows for individual level coaching that I don’t think is possible with some of the larger teams in the area. They prioritize all swimmers on the team not just the really fast ones. Everyone can find their home with O2 and I encourage you to join us.

We absolutely love O2 Performance Aquatics. The Best Team in the Area! Coach Junior and Coach Vi are always on deck, extremely professional and experienced. Looking out for the improvement of all swimmers. They utilize Top of the line equipment. Coach Junior focuses on 13 and over swimmers, he brings intense, fun workouts always incorporating new drills and ideas. He teaches speed, endurance, technique and the love of the sport. He is patient but strict and very understanding of working with different needs paying attention to every swimmer. All of these aspects make O2 stand out from the rest. Couldn't be happier!
