I had a great experience signing up for the gym thanks to Erick and Lucia. They were both very friendly, professional, and welcoming. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made the enrollment process easy and stress-free. Their excellent customer service made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They will do what ever they can to steal your money. Even after canceling PT they will still charge you. They will schedule appointments to meet up with you and just never show up then when they say they cancel it. They just lie and freeze you account and still charge 140 every 2 weeks. While not even give you information or trainer. But they think they owed your money. 3 different trainer in 3 months because they all quit and most of the time they didnt show up at all. Just get told to do upper body and that it. 140$ to be told to do upper body. It a scam it not worth it. They will change your contact to fit there need if you try to cancel. If you do join mindful of the paper work you need to make srue they do what they promised you. They will lie to you.

The manager Phil is a wonderful human being. He took the time to show us around and I have a 6 year old. He allowed her to hangout in the kids club while he gave us a complete tour with great detail. 👍 Gym smells good and is clean. Everyone is so nice! Great gym all around. Excited for my fitness journey.
