This gym is like a family and that is what made me make my decision on wanting to stay here. I want to be as close as possible to Tournament House to train MMA, jui jitsu, wrestling, Muay Thai, Kickboxing as much as possible. If you want to challenge yourself, this is the place to do it!!!! Lets go!!!!

I’ve been coming for close to a year and it’s awesome to always have a smiling face greet me and my wife any time of day when we come in. The different MMA classes are fantastic and there’s always machines or weight racks available when working out. The crew working there really feels like family, not some random gym workers

I love it here. people are here to workout and take their classes and that’s it. everyone is super nice, the employees are super down to earth and very normal people. if you’re coming here expecting a service from a chain you’re coming to the wrong place. this is a local gym with local people. they don’t have time for ego lifters or people seeking attention.

I have been going there for a few years with the whole family. Today was such a disappointment. This was due to a rude and unprofessional employee. I don't know her name but she goes around and cleans the place in exchange for free martial arts classes. She's always there with her boyfriend who has also been rude to me as well. She drives a grey Honda civic. Today was the last straw. I walked in like usual and she was working the front counter all alone which is unusual. She rudely and aggressively told me that I had to scan in. Everybody else that works sees me all the time, i have not scanned in, in years. She flipped out and lost control. This was not the first time she had been like this either. She has gone out of her way to harass me in similar ways as well. I can't be the only one, i would think she's had problems with other people as well. Hard to believe the ownership of this place would allow this type of person to behave like this. She's representing the ownership and making the place look real bad. I think it's time to cancel our membership and find a new family gym. One that cares how they treat their customers.

This gym is by far one of the best businesses I have ever visited. The atmosphere is great, the staff welcoming, and the owner is the kindest person you'll ever meet. The gym offers a variety of services from martial arts, weight lifting, and even a sauna. I have been coming here for years and plan to continue going to this gym for years to come.
