I have had a membership at this gym for over a year, and it has been one of the worst experiences I have had. The customer service is very poor. Every time I call with a problem, they transfer me to someone else and say they will call me back, but they never do and the issue never gets solved. The biggest problem is when it comes to money. If you ask about charges or a refund, they keep making excuses and avoid giving you a clear answer. It feels like they are happy to take your money but not help when there is a problem. One of the managers, I believe her name is Kayla or Kyla, has been very unhelpful. Whenever I try to talk to her, I feel ignored, and my concerns are never taken seriously. The gym may have decent prices, but good customer service matters too. I would not recommend this gym. There are many other gyms with better service that are worth your money.

Nevaeh is truly the sweetest person and an amazing trainer. She always makes me feel comfortable and supported, no matter where I am in my fitness journey. Her workout routines are well thought out, effective, and tailored to help me reach my goals. What I appreciate most is how encouraging and understanding she is. She creates a positive environment that makes working out feel less intimidating and more enjoyable. If you're looking for someone who is kind, motivating, and genuinely cares about her clients, I highly recommend Nevaeh!

I like this gym so far! The people that work there seem nice and welcoming. The gym appears to be clean and well kept. There's plenty of different workout equipment and amenities. The layout of the gym is cool. I've yet to see any broken equipment. I like that it's open 24 hours. The location is nice near alot of stores. The memberships are month to month and affordable. Priscilla is great. :) 👍 *The Men's restroom could use a bit more attention/cleanliness*

The gym is very clean and hygienic. Also has good positive vibes. They keep us consistent and are always willing to help. Also has positive messages throughout the gym. The gym has a bunch of equipment that can be used even if the one that you want to use is taken one is always available to utilize. The location is very nice and convenient. Also shout out to the whole EOS fitness team. shout out coach Mig for being consistent with his clients because of him I was able to do them push ups

I enjoy coming to this gym, nice and clean. I’ve observed the staff regularly cleaning the equipment and have liquids & paper towels so people wipe machines. I love the group classes and the friendliness of the staff. I would just add a few more benches to the locker room and trash cans, and fix the scales inside and outside the lockers. Continue enforcing the nice and friendly workout environment everyone loves 👏🏼
