I have been staying at the The Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel since 2018, and it continues to be one of my favorite places to stay in downtown Fort Worth. Every single visit has been consistently wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and always spotless, but what truly keeps me coming back year after year is the incredible staff and overall experience. From the moment you walk in, you are treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The rooms are comfortable, well maintained, and the location is perfect for enjoying everything downtown Fort Worth has to offer. Whether I’m staying for business or just a getaway, I always feel relaxed and taken care of here. Over the years it has truly started to feel like a home away from home. It’s rare to find a hotel that maintains such a high level of service consistently over so many years, and The Worthington has absolutely done that. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an upscale, welcoming, and dependable stay in Fort Worth.

Great place to stay downtown Ft Worth. Expensive, but worth it. We had a great view on the corner. HUGE balcony! TONS of windows!!!! Requested more pillows and got them quickly! The staff restocked our bottled water daily. The Saturday night fireworks were fantastic and right outside our window!!

⭐☆☆☆☆ I booked and PREPAID my anniversary stay through Booking.com for over $860 and what should have been a special weekend turned into one of the most stressful hotel experiences I’ve ever had. At check-in, I was told all I needed was $100 for incidentals. Fine. Then the next night, my boyfriend and I were LOCKED OUT of our room because the hotel claimed Booking.com had “canceled” my reservation and hadn’t paid them. How does that happen AFTER a guest has prepaid, checked in, and is actively staying in the room? Instead of resolving it internally like professionals, hotel staff allowed it to escalate to the point that paying guests were locked out and embarrassed. To make matters worse, my card was then charged an additional $424, another $1 charge, and then at checkout I was told I owed ANOTHER $48 “destination fee.” After already paying over $400 a night with taxes and fees. The most frustrating part was the lack of ownership and care. No urgency. No accountability. No real apology. Just more requests for money. If your hotel works with third-party booking platforms, it is YOUR responsibility to have procedures in place before locking guests out of rooms they already p
