This hotel is beautiful right in downtown. At valet Spencer was very helpful with where to go and made checking in and out so easy with my car! Definitely will stay here again and valet here for their restaurant Ruth Chris again.

I'm a bit torn between 3 and 4 stars for this one, but eventually I’ve decided to go with a 3-star rating. Starting with the positives, the location is fantastic. The lobby, dining area, and conference rooms all look great, it definitely doesn't feel a 100 years old! They’ve done a nice job incorporating historical elements and references without making it feel dated. Also, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I have absolutely no complaints about the service. However, there were several downsides. Valet parking is quite expensive, which is something to keep in mind. The elevators have a cool retro look, but they definitely need a technical update. During the morning rush, you can end up waiting a long time for one to arrive. As for the room, it looked nice and clean, but there was a slight musty smell to the room that never fully went away. Lastly, the morning showers were just "okay" even with the handle turned all the way to hot, the water temperature was a bit underwhelming. It’s a beautiful building with great service, but a few issues held it back from a higher rating for me.

Kennedy spent his last night and gave a speech just hours before his tragic final journey. The hotel embraces this history with fascinating posters and stories displayed throughout the building. Across the street, the memorial adds to the solemn, historical weight of the location. Prime Location: You cannot beat the walkability here. After a day of meetings, it's an easy stroll to Sundance Square, the beautiful Water Gardens, and numerous other downtown attractions, making it simple to unwind and explore. Modern Room Excellence: I was thrilled to receive a gracious upgrade to one of their newer rooms. The room was super spacious and I especially appreciated the commitment to guest wellness with the Pure Air Filtration system—it made a noticeable difference.
