My experience at The Ritz this weekend was amazing! After having such a stressful flight coming from California, I was honestly exhausted and ready to relax. From the moment I arrived, the service completely turned my mood around.I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Ashley at valet. She was so quick and attentive, immediately helping with my luggage and making sure everything was taken care of. Her service really stood out and made such a great first impression.Gill, the bellman, was also very helpful and welcoming, and Susana at the front desk did a great job making checkin smooth and easy.The bar was a bit overcrowded, so it took a while to get drinks, but everything else was amazing. The pool was beautiful, and overall I had a great stay . I would definitely stay here again

We cannot thank **Joshua** enough for turning what started as a stressful trip into an unforgettable birthday weekend for our son. We traveled from OKC to attend the World Cup, and unfortunately the hotel my husband had originally booked was in a terrible area. We knew immediately it wasn't the place where we wanted to spend our son's special birthday weekend, so we were desperately searching for another option. We called the Ritz-Carlton, and **Joshua** answered the phone. From the very first conversation, he was kind, calm, and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond, pulling a few strings to find us a room even though it was last minute. After finally arriving around 1:00 a.m., we were exhausted. Joshua had already arranged for the valet and bell staff to be ready to help us with our luggage, making our late arrival completely seamless. Walking into such a beautiful hotel after the stress of the evening was an incredible relief, and it felt like our son's birthday weekend was back on track. Joshua also made sure we had breakfast reservations for the next morning, which was another thoughtful touch that made us feel genuinely cared for. Exceptional service like this is

We are currently staying at the The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas and had an exceptional experience thanks to Jacob. While enjoying drinks at Juniper Bar, our group was discussing dinner options after being told that the hotel's steakhouse was fully booked and unable to accommodate us. Jacob overheard our conversation and immediately stepped in to help. Without being asked, he took the initiative to connect with the restaurant team and found a way to secure a table for our group. His professionalism, attentiveness, and commitment to guest service turned what could have been a disappointment into a memorable evening. Jacob exemplifies the level of hospitality that makes staying at the Ritz-Carlton so special. We are incredibly grateful for his efforts and wanted to recognize him for going above and beyond.
