Roaches and Hot Rooms!!! Do better Would definitely NOT recommend this hotel!! Booked for a two night stay and upon entering the room I noticed immediately the a/c wasn’t working properly. I ended up going out and getting back late to which I found the room was still warm and if that wasn’t enough, I saw roaches crawling on the walls and kitchen countertop. I immediately went downstairs and informed the night clerk (Kiara) about the issues to which she was very apologetic. I ended up sleeping in my car that night and leaving the next day to which I was requested a partial refund. I spoke with the general manager (Delores) the next morning and she assured me it would be taken care of. I emailed her immediately before leaving the parking lot; I received no response. I emailed again Tuesday; I received no response. When guests pay for a room, they expect a clean, safe, sanitary place for their stay. This hotel did not meet the standards at all. Additionally guest should not have to “chase” a refund. I ended up booking another hotel for my remaining stay. All pictures are attached. You all need to do better in serving your guests.

I had the pleasure of spending 3/4 at this quite very hospitable establishment. The service was amazing. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty. Now Element hotels are my go to. Very clean. I recommend this place if you have kids or need a kitchen with a real fridge.

This hotel beat my expectations by a long shot. The room was very inexpensive, super clean, had a kitchen, and a beautiful bathroom. The room was also very spacious with a couch, desk, 2 eating areas. The breakfast was so fresh and a million times better than any other hotel I’ve been to with a free breakfast. Major plus: free transportation to and from DFW airport and free transportation anywhere in a 3 mile radius. The staff here are super sweet and very helpful with all of my needs. I recommend this hotel a million times over. I’m very happy with my choice.

My wife and I had an awesome experience! We stayed here for our 3rd anniversary. Everything was great except we could not use the pool. Apparently it was being renovated, however, we still continued to see various people in the pool. Also, apparently they were continuing to tell people it was closed but no one was listening. If the pool is being renovated a sign should be placed in front saying so. We felt a little slighted because other people were using it and nothing was being said to them. Just a heads up but other than that we had an awesome stay! We will come back!
