The day we checked in, my wife had just had eye surgery, we arrived early and were alowed to check in early. The desk clerk, Marco, was really curtious and professional. The room was clean and comfortable, the Japanese style shower and toilet area were separated. The massag jets in the shower did wonders on my back.

I booked two rooms. One king bed and one with two queen beds. Both rooms were good and no complaints. We left earlier prior to breakfast for a flight. No opinion for that. Overall we had a great stay.

Don't get me wrong the location was good and its fancy but its not worth spending your money one. 1. Me, my 2 parents, my sister and her friend and my friend where staying in a room with 2 queen beds and 1 pull out bed couch. Me and my friend slept on the couch bed and the mattress was sooo thin and there was a large metal bar staping us in the back. I woke up 12 times because it hurt my back so bad! My parents slept on one of the queen beds, and it was way to hard for them. They also woke up multiple times in the night. They described it as a rock with a bed sheet on it. 2. The AC. It was good some points in time but, another reason I kept waking up was because it was to cold, so I put many blankets on and TRIED to go back to sleep. Then I woke up in sweat bc I was hot. Like make up your mind AC! 3. The breakfast was not that good. There's only 2 waffle makers and it takes 2 minutes each waffle and multiple people want waffles that honestly not that good. They run out of eggs fast and it takes them forever to make more. And multiple more things. 4. There was people outside blaring music and being loud outside of our hotel room until 4 in the morning. The mattresses are not comfortable, I could hear something popping in my mattress everytime I rolled over, which was about every 15 minutes. There was a group of people sitting outside on the patio playing music and conversating really loudly until 4AM!!!!! Absolutely absurd!!! The breakfast was savage. Other people's kids stealing my kids waffles. Waited in line 40 minutes for a waffle. I would not recommend to stay here. Try somewhere else!!!!!
