About Santa Barbara Lawn Bowls Club
Founded in 1937, Santa Barbara Lawn Bowls Club Has served as a vibrant community of lawn bowlers for generations. A volunteer-run organization, we are the caretakers of the large bowling greens at Spencer Adams Park, conveniently located in downtown Santa Barbara. You'll find our members 4 days a week playing pick up games, club tournaments and socializing at the clubhouse.
We host free bowling lessons for those interested in learning the basics of the game and can run tournaments or games for those that book a private event with us. Those interested in league play can learn about any upcoming sessions on our site.
We are always eager for new members to join the club and enjoy a lively game of lawn bowls in beautiful Santa Barbara!

I attended their open house. As a first time bowler, I was impressed. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They gave me a tour of the facility. Then a member introduced me to the game. I had so much fun, that I became a member!

So much fun to try and learn a new game. Very friendly people at this "club." Always looking for new people to teach. The Wed. night league is amazing! Careful, the sport is addicting! (not to mention it helps to get my steps in each day)
