So I set up a pick up time for 7-8PM. I received no notice and assumed everything was all set. I decided to drive over and received a notice at 6:50PM that said delayed. (Delayed means late not canceled of course). I park and wait around. I see others get their items but assume they will finish up what is pending. I receive an email at 8:07PM indicating that my items were ready for pickup. I tried to check in and it will not allow me to because the store is closed. I asked the rep who was outside who checked with management and said nothing could be done. He could not bring me my items. I walk in to speak to a manager who basically told me "maam if the order says delayed you might as well not come, you had an hour left." I should have waited until I received a notice that the items were ready basically made me feel like it was my fault for coming over "early" even though it was a few minutes before my pick up time. So perhaps Sam's should change their "Delayed" notation to "canceled". I even received a notice after leaving Sams around 8:12 PM saying "don't forget to check in" .... I wasted my time and simply got passed the pat on the head with zero empathy. I received one 10 gift c

Food line is terrible, the line is always long and the workers are always going back and forth from the register, they have 3 workers and so little workers is inefficient to get the line moving, Sams Club needs to hire an additional 2 workers to help the Food Line staff be more effective and have 1 worker at Register at all times to clear the line and take orders. Sams Club is a Multi-Million Dollar business, I know they can afford to hire 2 more workers for the Food service line.

I recently went with my mother to buy potatoes and other things we needed. Unfortunately the potato bins were extremely high up, making it difficult for me to reach, my mother obviously can’t reach since she’s disabled and in a wheelchair. There was no other employees around to even help. I heard the manager being extremely rude to her own associates as well. That was extremely unprofessional and could’ve been done in private not on the floor. Her behavior made us feel uncomfortable so we left.

Sam's club is always great. It's fun watching because its products change you never know what extra things you're going to find. We walked in, found our items, scanned them with the phone, and we were GONE. Scan and go is GREAT!! Great for gas fill up too
