Overall, I had a good stay. The hotel was comfortable, and I enjoyed the food and drinks at the Grill. The menu was good, although I expected a somewhat better Scotch selection. The main opportunities for improvement were with front desk service. I was staying at the hotel for a conference, but when I asked where the conference was being held, the front desk could not tell me and suggested that I come downstairs in the morning and check the TV screen near the elevators. I would expect the front desk to know what conferences are taking place, especially when a guest has booked using a conference code. Providing that information proactively at check-in would be even better. I called the hotel after realizing i left something in the room, but unfortunately never received a call back. I understand that a forgotten item may not always be recovered, but I did expect someone to follow up and let me know whether it had been found. Finally, parking was supposed to be covered by the conference, but I was still charged for it on my folio. None of these issues individually would have significantly affected my stay, but together they kept an otherwise good hotel experience from being excellent.

Rocio made our evening at the Renaissance Hotel Bar in Addison a fantastic experience. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we sat down. The service was outstanding, and she kept everything running smoothly even with the lively atmosphere. The bar had a fun, energetic vibe, and Rocio’s great attitude and warm personality made the night even more enjoyable. If you’re stopping by, I highly recommend grabbing a seat at the bar and letting Rocio take care of you. We’ll definitely be back!! Date of stay: July 2026

Hotel is goos but the bartender Rocio at the Renaissance Hotel was absolutely fantastic. We were in town for business, and she made our stay so much more enjoyable. She was fun, entertaining, and created a welcoming atmosphere every evening. Not only does she make outstanding drinks, but she also took the time to get to know us and made us feel like regulars. She even helped us by sharing local recommendations and making our business meetings a little easier and more enjoyable after long days. Excellent service, a great personality, and some of the best cocktails we've had. If you're staying at the Renaissance, do yourself a favor and stop by the bar to see Rocio.

I am local and was here for a conference after many years of not seeing the hotel. The lobby has been updated and very nice. The layout of the main floor is very practical with easy access to meeting rooms. The location is very convenient and pretty much central to Addison's dining and entertainment, which is what it is known for. I didn't stay in a room, so I can't speak to the quality of the rooms and service, but lobby staff were great.
