Manager barged into room unannounced at 2p demanding I leave after confirming 4p checkout as globalist. She insisted the room was needed and wouldn’t take no for an answer as I asked nearly naked in my towel. I’m sugarcoating how trash the customer service was here. At the time of writing this I’ve stayed over 140 nights at a Hyatt in 2026. This stands out as the worst experience. Don’t feel bad giving this place a 1 star. That manager should be fired. I wish I asked for her name.

My stay here was beyond excellent! I wish I would have been able to stay longer! The room was so tidy and homey and the location was very convenient. Everything in the complex was close by and I loved that I could go to the gym and then have a delicious breakfast right after. I will definitely stay here next time I visit Addison.

The location was nice for me. However, the facilities need a serious update. Major dust at the entry that was never cleaned... ever for my stay. The door was hard to lock and unlock. Housekeeping did a poor job of cleaning based off the dust issue. Mold/mildew in the bathroom on vents, walls, corners and edges. Rusty hangers in bathroom. Moldy walls. The handles inside the shower were round and never washed on the inside... which you have to touch to get out of the shower. The fridge was fine but had some freezing inside the fridge portion. The furniture, all seemed like it was second hand. Chipped, dented, damaged. The bar in the hotel was non operational. I was told they were waiting for a license... i highly doubt it tho. I will say that the staff working on the breakfast area did really well... they kept the food area clean and stocked... the tables to sit at could use more cleaning tho. It was nice being on the bottom floor and not having to lug bags up stairs. I may give it another try when I am in town again, with hope I get a different room. Btw.. the toilet and shower area is tiny. Closing the door while inside is an awful experience.
