At one point I almost forgot about how bad this review was but thinking back I realize I should’ve talked about this sooner. This place has the most disrespectful staff I have ever dealt with, Constantly ignoring my communication when trying to apply for a gym and to make matters worse, the gym itself has got to be the saddest environment. I have ever stepped foot in in my life. I thought this would be a good place to train at least coming from someone who has trained in multiple games were normal. Clothing is fine. You get to wear whatever. But I was wrong, Apparently, working out with pants or jeans is against the rules, Who knew a $10 fee came with the same price as a service there was rules made where you cannot wear certain clothes. As I walked into this gym, I was so excited to see this equipment. It was very tiny maybe as big as a small king’s bedroom, but it had equipment, which was awesome. When I started experimenting with the equipment, I was having a good time until one of the employees came to tap me while I’m mid workout and stated that I was not in the policy for proper clothing when I had just got out of work with my normal pants and a normal shirt. Absolutely ridic

They have Saturday's Yoga sessions 10:00-11-30 AM. Anazing class!! Bring your mat, block and water.

Great and friendly staff. Terrible place to play volleyball thanks to the usual players: clique mentality, if they don't know or like you, they'll keep you off the court by cycling the same people over and over again. Very exclusive and privileged attitudes.

The facilities are amazing and the staff is the friendliest ever. They’re always making sure everything is up to standard and clean, super approachable, super friendly. Gym is well equipped and has great hours, usually equipment availability is not an issue. Truly a hidden gem!! Shoutout to the staff!!

I had a very bad experience with the aquatics department, I've been going there for years off and on, yesterday 8/5 I wasn't allowed to used the locker room to change, the two guys at the reception desk were rude and to a degree disrespectful, instead of greeting and or saying "excuse me" they exclaimed that is only for the pool and wanted check my membership to the recreational center, long story short I called the director and his justification was they didn't know about the free programs offered at the facility [ie YOGA]. I told him I was looking forward to getting a gym membership but i was reconsidering not to.... Employee [Evan and the other idk]
