From the moment I arrived I was treated to a wonderful experience. I was upgraded to a corner room with windows on two sides overlooking the pool and golf course, breaktaking! The room was spacious, clean and furnished with care. The onsite restaurants were terrific, especially Trick Rider, which I would recommend to anyone looking to have a truly wonderful meal. 5 Stars!!!

I honestly believe this should be a 5 star resort. Rooms, staff, food options, and golf are all excellent. We loved having an adults-only pool option. Breakfast at the Apron Kitchen was high quality and plentiful. The lobby bar and lounge area are really nice and the staff is absolutely incredible. Lastly, the fitness center is amazing with very nice equipment. We plan to return here soon.

BEST WEDDING EVENT SPACE! We were thrilled to host our wedding here at the Omni, especially during their 3rd year Anniversary. I don’t even know where to start or who to thank first because so many people shared in making our experience the most memorable. We had a multiple-day event spread across almost every area of the property, and were extremely happy with their service, hospitality, and most importantly their PEOPLE were outstanding! Every single person made us feel like royalty. We started the journey of wedding planning one year in advance, and Omni stood out in every aspect of the perfect spot to host. Abby Rodgriguez was our Coordinator and I must say my wife, my family, and I were thrilled to have her in our corner every step of the way. Simone Culwell also played a big role in making the event successful, as both of these outstanding individuals came together to ensure every aspect of our wedding was addressed with care, precaution where necessary, love, respect and transparency. Amazing hotel from the moment we arrived, from the valet to the concierge. My two sons share the same birthday (they are not twins), and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. They decorated the room with balloons, set up a mini Pac-Man machine, and even gifted them two PGA hats. The restaurants were excellent, and my family and I enjoyed relaxing poolside for a few hours. In the evenings, we had great food and drinks. The Saturday night drone show was spectacular, and my kids absolutely loved it. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful touches from the staff.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at the Omni PGA Frisco and wanted to take a moment to recognize two outstanding team members who made my experience exceptional. First, Christian at the front desk was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was perfect during my stay. Customer service like that is hard to find, and it immediately set the tone for a great experience. I also want to give special recognition to Adam Brown, the Head Bellman. Adam went far above and beyond what I expected. His attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to help were truly impressive. In fact, his level of customer service was so exceptional that I honestly thought he was a manager at the hotel. He consistently made sure everything was taken care of and treated every interaction with genuine care and hospitality. The Omni PGA Frisco is a beautiful property, but great people are what truly make a great hotel.
