I stayed here for a single night for business. I'll start with the upsides and then speak about the downsides. Starting out, the lobby and rooms were very nice. They looked modern and minimal. I enjoyed the layout of the room, and found it all to be clean and functional. Things seemed new and fresh. The floor i was on on was quiet, and I slept well. The staff were also polite and helpful. I would recommend the hotel for these aspects. Those things said, the location was... strange. They had two entrances, the one we were lead to by pur navigation system was just a small drive up spot in front of the door, and that desk gave us keys but could not program them and we had ro proceed to a different desk for the keys to be programmed. It didn't take long but, seemed... unusual. Further, there was not really much parking or good parking. Which is less than ideal for a hotel hotel. The views were, bland and boring but, what can you expect for the location I suppose. But, the worst part by far, in my opinion, is the breakfast is $22. Not only was it $22, the spread was... incredibly small and not particularly desirable. It appeared to be cheap coffee, some cheese, deli meats, and fruit.

AC Hotel never disappoints. Only place we stay when in the Frisco area. Everything is nice,fresh and clean. Staff is always pleasant and accommodating. Could be a little less expensive but you get what you pay for. The only other thing is parking. Not a fan of having to pay for parking or having to walk to a parking garage, but if you get lucky there is some street parking that works out rather well. Would recommend this hotel for individuals or families.
