We stayed here a few nights. Overall it a good resort but it did have a problem with mosquitoes when we visited. So bad they got into the hallway and when eating outside we had to go inside. Outside of that the staff was the best part. Outstanding customer service and they allow you to text if you need anything. The location is pretty good and they have a shuttle downtown. The rooms are dated but that's expected. They were however clean. Also major plus is it very pet friendly and our dog loved it

If I could give more than a 5 ⭐️ I would! The grounds were so beautiful and immaculate! Pool area is great and features a separate adult only pool and spa, which was very nice. The Cantina by the pool had great nachos and waffle ice cream. The Crown Landing had the absolute best eggs Benedict I have ever had in my entire life! Matcha Latte from the coffee shop was incredible, clearly high quality Matcha. Even the bar food in the lobby was great, blackened chicken sandwich exceeded expectations. Free shuttle into town was a plus! We had already purchased Uber twice before we realized there was a shuttle option, so that was a bummer. This Property has the most incredible views and is so peaceful. I would highly recommend staying here instead of in town. You feel so away from everything but yet a 5 mile shuttle ride to town. We actually walked to town one morning for breakfast and the walk was beautiful along the Silver Strand. Staff were all very helpful and nice. I look forward to coming back again! Only negative thing, which didn’t really have anything to do with the hotel, was the parking. Be aware of you self park, you need to purchase the parking pass at the beginning of the- Th

This place is fabulous! Feel like royalty at check-in. Then the room was amazing. They have transportation to take you to the resort beaches. On site options are amazing from food choices (and quality is magnificent) to on site gardens that help zen. It was nice having the resort on its own section, could take a nice walk and still be on property. The employees there helped make this experience a great one! The check in concierge helped me plan my son’s first beach trip, onsite restaurant waiter helped me choose a great option for dinner I’m still dreaming about it was so good, the room service waiter was so friendly when he dropped off the food and made sure we knew temp of plate on my sons food. Enjoyed the ease of getting from the front lobby to every other part of the hotel!! I hated we had to leave!! Only downside was that my room was on middle floor so heard the floors above and below sliding doors open at night. But that’s per the course with hotels so not a major thing.
