I've been a Life Time member for years, but I wanted to take a moment to specifically recognize a few team members who have made such a positive impact on my experience. Audra at the front desk is honestly one of the reasons I've remained a member for so long. One of my favorite parts of my day is getting to see her. She is always so kind, welcoming, and professional, and she has a way of making every member feel like family from the moment they walk through the doors. This week, I had my first stretch session with Ji, and all I can say is: I wish I had found him 15 years ago! As a lifelong runner, F45 member, and long-time Life Time member, I have genuinely never experienced anything like his stretch session. His knowledge, technique, and attention to detail were incredible, and I left feeling better than I have in a very long time. I also had a personal training session with Stefani, and she continues to impress me every time. She does an exceptional job explaining not only what we're doing, but why we're doing it. She is incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, and always makes me feel like she truly cares about my health, fitness, and long-term well-being. This is exactly why

Excellent gym and an impressive new location overall. The locker rooms were exceptionally clean, the equipment was well maintained, and the entire facility had a great atmosphere. Everything felt modern, organized, and very well kept. I’ve been to quite a few Life Time locations over the years, and this is easily one of the nicer ones I’ve visited. Staff was friendly, the gym floor was in great shape, and the overall experience felt premium as expected.

It's a nice gym, don't get me wrong, but there's no way of justifying this being the MOST EXPENSIVE location in the entire country (yes, really). The people and staff at this location are awesome and all friendly, but the facilities just feel absent for the brand and price point. The weight room is pretty small, and as a result, around 5pm it feels like a Planet Fitness, having to wait for people to finish up. The locker room isn't very large and feels cramped anytime there are more than 10 people in there. The biggest miss though is the sauna only fits 7 people. If you like pickleball though, this place is for you. There are tons of courts, and people are always playing. I will say though, the pool is nice, no complaints there. Overall, I think the general facilities are nice, but with this location costing more than Miami/NYC/any LT Club, it just doesn't make sense. Hopefully, though, a competitor will open a location nearby so they'll start having to price more competitively.

I love lifetime. It has been life changing for me. The community is warm and welcoming. All the instructors are helpful and inclusive. Some of my favorite instructors are Dani, Genna, Liberty, Kyle and Jacob (Jake). They keep me consistent and consistently encourage me to push myself. Thanks for such a wonderful environment for self improvement!

Joining Life Time Harbour Island after moving to Tampa was one of the best decisions I’ve made. It’s been an incredible way to build community and routine. The instructors are exceptional especially Chloe (Cycle), Genna (GTX), and Jodi (Pilates). They’re truly top tier at what they do. It’s definitely on the pricier side, but between the pool, pickleball, endless classes, and the amenities with NormaTec and massage chairs, it’s absolutely worth it.
