I wasn't happy with the teacher, Michelle, when I first started taking my son there; I even went to the front desk to complain because she speaks rather harshly to the children. About two months later, she told me my son was misbehaving and that she was punishing him by making him sit in a chair—which I didn't have a problem with. However, when I went to pick up my little one on Tuesday, she told me she was going to have him removed from the school because she would tell him to sit down and he wouldn't obey; that wasn't a reason to speak to me the way she did. Today I tried to switch him to a different classroom, but I was told to keep him there until August. When I went to pick him up, she told me, "I don't have anything against your son; you can leave him here—he has to learn to obey, and I don't mind." Yet, one day she says she’ll have him removed from class because she’s fed up, and the next day it’s something else. Honestly, it’s not the best place; as a mother, I don't feel comfortable with this facility.

Facilities or amazing and clean, the outside is beautiful. Way to go Fontana. Occasionally you can catch some cool critters out and about!

Not all heroes wear capes I’ll never forget the kindness I experienced at Jessie Turner Community Health Center in Fontana, CA on that scorching hot day. I had just parked in their lot when I accidentally locked my phone and keys inside my car—with my dog still sitting in the back seat. The temperature was rising fast, and panic set in immediately. Without a second thought, several staff members from the Center rushed out to help. Fernando, in particular, stepped up right away. He didn’t hesitate to call the Fire Department for me and calmly let me borrow his personal phone so I could reach my wife. After several attempts, she finally picked up and was able to unlock the doors remotely through the cloud. My dog was safe, and the relief I felt was overwhelming. What truly stood out was how the entire staff responded. Multiple people came outside to check on the situation, offering support and staying with me until everything was resolved. Their quick thinking, compassion, and willingness to go above and beyond turned a stressful emergency into a moment of genuine community care. Pretty upset. I tried signing up my daughter for volleyball and woke up extra early to make sure she gets a spot. When I tried to sign her up online for the 8-10 class it wouldn't let me. Whoever set it up in their system online had it set to 6-7 and would give me an error message. So I wouldn't miss a spot for her, I tried the 10-12 and was able to get her through after creating another profile. I then emailed them about the problem but never got an email back. The next day, I called them and after being redirected a few times I was able to get a hold of someone and explained the situation. I thought the issue was resolved and was told someone would email to confirm. I got no returned email or phone call. The day before the start of the activity I checked to make sure she was in the system and instead I see a refund and the class is full! I'll be paying a visit tomorrow and depending on the outcome I will change my review. So far, this smells of incompetence. Update: I went and spoke to one of the staff at the Jesse Turner Center. After explaining what happened, they were able to place my daughter in the class. It costed me $5 extra because the registration wasn't o

Super clean and safe, fully staffed at all times. We use the basketball courts for smaller kids but have seen the full size ones in action. Plenty of seats. If you walk in for information there is someone there at the front and you can take a Fontana magazine that has all the classes and times available. The women’s bathroom is a locker room and is large and clean.
