Parking is not free and they do not tell you this!!! They asked for a card for incidentals. I got one water and was charged $80 for parking. We would have stayed downtown if I had known we would be charged for parking. Very deceptive. I even asked when booking if parking was included. We were stuck in the elevator for 15 minutes. Hot. No air. No one told us you needed the key card to operate it. I had a panic attack. The buttons would not work to open the doors and we couldn't call on the emergency phone. We were literally stuck in the elevator until someone came to open it. Again, we were not informed that you needed the key card to operate the elevator. We should have been able to push the open elevator door button and get out. We had to wait for someone to open it. The building is a giant rectangle with elevators on the short ends so if you're disabled this is not the place to stay. They don't have the ac running in the halls and it was unbearably hot walking to the middle of the long hallway where our room was located. I'm disabled and explained I have mobility issues. I asked for something close to the elevator. I wanted to eat lunch, take a shower and nap before dinner. The

Service is amazing. Rooms a little well used. Bathroom door design is the worst. It opens into bathroom right at shower and toilet. Saw a spider in bathroom. Location for Texas A&M is good. But the property behind it is vacant and a little creepy looking. Breakfast - make a Texas shaped waffle or a breakfast sandwich. Bacon. Best options I have seen for free breakfast.

While the location of the hotel is easy to access College Station/ Bryan, hygiene should be taken seriously. The towel that I received, 2 out of 3, each of them has hair, one with dry hair sitting inside the towel, while another one has hair entangled in the fabrics of the towel, in a way that it cannot be removed, like a locked knot. This part is deadly serious, since I did not know if the towel has been used, if not, has it been cleaned properly. In addition, it maybe that the hair is inside the bag that keep this towel. Also, about the room cleanup, on the first day, I did not inform the front desk, as the room only has a tag for "do not disturbed"; thus, it should be assumed that, by not putting that sign in the front, the room should be cleaned as scheduled. However, in the afternoon, it turned out that the room has not been even visited by the housekeeper. So, I have to inform the desk to record my request for room cleaning the day after. This cleaning schedule should be automatically done, not by informing. I would not stay here again, the hair is scary enough. The breakfast is good.
