I booked our Family Reunion group at this hotel. The Sales Dept was Amazing-very responsive, providing a quick turn-around of quoting, securing with a contract, and kind with professionalism. Lucia was great business partner to work with, I felt like a Team-Mate, and she provided a great experience with the process Before/During/After the Reunion! The Front Desk Staff were fabulous as well, with every interaction that I had with them, as well as with our family members. During my 4-night stay, I met about 6 team members and they all provided excellent customer service, with a smile, from check-in to check-out! They have plenty of indoor seating beyond the front counter, that extended into the Bar area, where we hung out- played games, chatted and enjoyed our precious time together with family coming from all over the U.S.! I always say that people are real quick to complain about service, but fail to provide those great experiences due to getting back home to life and the business that goes with it, but it's important for me to give commendation to outstanding service when received, and we had a big group of 18 rooms, and everyone was pleased! Room was too small for 2 queen beds. there's hardly any place to move. Everything is cramped. Hotel is due for renovatio. Bathroom doesn't have its own exhaust. I think it's central. Bath tub instead of stall shower. Ironing board was a joke. Coffee jar in the lobby was either cold or empty. The only good I liked is the water pressure in the shower.

I stayed at this location, the resturant was closed, they do not cook dinner, and have a basic hot breakfast on the chafing warmers. The price was good, the bar was good, the lady that was bar tending was amazing I can't complain about the service at all it was great. I stayed in a room with a jacuzzi tub and it had a leak on the adjacent wall opposite of the back of the tub in the bathroom. Indoor pool was nice, didn't use it but it looked amazing. The amenities need to be updated to say the least. As well as a restaurant so it can actually be a Holiday Inn and suites as branded. In all actuality it's pretty much a Holiday Inn Express. Also if you plan to do laundry while you are there bring a roll of quarters, its $3.00 to wash and $3.00 to dry and its quarters only. They do not have a change machine, and do not keep enough quarters at the front desk to give you any. So I went to Lapels Laundromat down the road, its very clean and very fast. less than an hr to wash and dry and fold a load of clothes located at 2711 Texas Ave S Suite 200, College Station, TX 77840
