Christian answered the phone when I called. I was already upset due to another hotel I had booked that was disgusting. When I called the Hilton Christian was right away helpfull, understanding, friendly, funny and so welcoming. As soon as we got there, all the staff was friendly and nice. The housekeepers saying hi, smiling, all employees were so upbeat. Everything was so comforting. Only bad thing was, that there was no swimming pool. Everything else was amazing!

My experience has bern that T the Front Staff are very accommodating to guests needs. Very welcoming to us and Angel my service Sheltie. She loves it here as well. This is our 3rd time here. Mat one of rhe managers is amazing.

When staying in Lubbock please seek alternative accommodation. We booked this hotel for one night. My son had a Jiu jitsu tournament. When we arrived late Friday night we were given our room. The front desk failed to disclose that they had made the unilateral decision to change our reservation from a two queen room to a king. We only learned of this after we had already gone all the way up to the room. We had to come back downstairs to ask about the error. When I informed her I had specifically requested a two bed room she indicated they had overbooked the hotel and had no rooms left. That “they” had decided to change the type of room to accommodate other guest. All this even after charging an elevated price of $328 for a 3 star hotel. We borrowed a “cot” that was extremely uncomfortable. In addition the bathroom is full of black ants. Please stay elsewhere. Thanks
