“ZERO” stars. It’s a scam! Similar to the most recent review, someone accepted our reservation, charge our credit card, provided confirmations and when we arrived, the hotel was a dilapidated construction site surrounded with construction fences and has been shut down since October 2025.

Love it there the pool if refreshing not to cold and not to hot. The hot tub works but the bubbles don’t but it got the job done love the pool side rooms with the arcade games. The outside tiki bar has a nice view with children friendly drink also. And a nice set up store in the hotel WILL VISIT AGAIN

First off the room I stayed in was clean and well maintained. However upon arrival with my coworkers the lady we interacted with at the front desk was extremely rude and aggressive with us about our accommodations. I was traveling for work and had all the information she needed to make sure she could find our reservation but she would be short with us when demanding information and confrontational when I would try and mediate. We weren't being difficult or disrespectful but she was consistently condescending and had poor customer service. But the thing I experienced that solidified her as a poor employee was that she was actively training someone when dealing with us. She would be rude and condescending then turn to a trainee and affirm her behavior and ignore how uncomfortable she was making things. As a company, I feel like this is a coachable moment to have with staff to always insure that visitors feel welcome every step of the process. I had no control of my booking accommodations this time and trust holiday inn to reaffirm that they will take care of me when I stay at there facilities. But if there staff is insistent on being condescending, unprofessional, and train there new

I stayed Saturday 14th. Left Sunday going back home to Houston when I realized I forgot my leather jacket. I was 40 miles out. I called the hotel Adrain answered my call. She was very professional and very helpful. She looked for my jacket and found it. And she held it for me. My wife picked it up for me cause she was still in corpus. I recommend this. They have good workers and nice rooms. Thank you Adrain
