This store needs new staff and management. It’s ridiculous that everyone seems bothered just by having to check you out. Also every time my family and I come in there is a massive amount of teenagers running through the store throwing balls, running into your carts, cussing and screaming no one will do anything about it, they watch them making other customers miserable and ruin merchandise but won’t say a word.

Drove from Odessa to get my golf clubs regripped and without even saying hello the employee told me he was leaving and couldn’t do it. In my opinion if he was still on the clock he should have done it or they should have more than one employee that can do it! After reading all the other reviews it sounds like they need new management

Was extremely disappointed with customer service today. Went into the store through the mall where they have an entrance sign and they ended up closing it off on that side an hour before they closed. No warning or nothing. Mind you my wife is pregnant and we kindly asked if we could go through because of those circumstances and also the pouring rain, but Chelsea the supervisor told us to kick rocks. We ended up walking all the way around to the entrance, drove back returned the shoes we bought, $400 worth and called in to corporate to complain. Funny part is they have expecting mother parking but cant let one take the easy way.

First of all, store hours need to be UPDATED. Google hours state 9AM Monday - Saturday. The doors don’t open until 10 AM as seen on the picture, doors are barely going up at 10 AM when posted hours say 9AM. Now, after waiting outside an hour, we finally walked in. It was not busy as they had just opened. We made the trip to Dicks, first time ever inside the store. My partner was determined to purchase a bike for my birthday from Dicks. We asked for assistance from a floor associate and his response: The bike associate is not here today. He’ll be back Tuesday. So if a customer wants to purchase a bike anytime from Saturday thru Monday they can’t? Because someone can’t get the bike from the rack? I didn’t know stores only sold bikes on certain days of the week. & if the associate isn’t present, they don’t sell it? Apparently Dicks does. Also, this is our first time ever to step foot into a Dick’s. So this interaction with the associate was surprising, but nonetheless we were shocked and there was nothing else to do if no one was assisting us, so we left empty handed. After this, we have decided to never step foot back into a Dick’s. I have persuaded my partner to give Dick’s anothe

Grand opening today and the store is clean and well stocked. There are plenty of staff members and they were very helpful. The staff at the door showed me to the free weights and once in the weight section more staff were on hand restocking and helping people. The check out line was a bit long but the front registers were fully staffed and it moved quickly. This is a nice sporting goods store with plenty of equipment to choose from and the prices are on par with other stores in town.
