I have stayed at this hotel consistently for the past 2½ years and have never had an experience like this. Unfortunately, everything changed under the current General Manager, Lupe. He was unprofessional, and unable to handle even basic customer service under pressure. It was a busy afternoon but His attitude alone completely ruined what used to be a hotel I genuinely enjoyed staying at. I want to recognize the front desk Andrew especially the evening staff, who were kind, welcoming, and did their best. They deserve credit because they were the only positive part of my stay. The previous management team was outstanding and that kept me coming back year after year. It’s shocking how much this property has declined and unfortunately, it shows. Will not be returning, nor can I recommend this property anymore. There are several better options in the area. If you’re looking for a hotel in this area, I’d recommend considering the Courtyards. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a hotel that I once enjoyed fall so far. I would look elsewhere.

From the moment we checked in for 3 nights my family of 5’s stay here was horrible. Asked for linen for pull out bed, waited 30 minutes, went to front desk to request again, received the linen from “housekeeper” who was vacuuming in lobby! Alexa at front desk was very unfriendly. She never gave us an additional parking pass used when lot was full. Had difficulty parking for two nights, had to park across the street at Starbucks one night. Marriott charges $25 per night! Hotel key did not work in laundry room or other doors located around the hotel for access. Housekeeper came in one morning without knocking. When we left the room I asked housekeeper the room could be cleaned, it never happened! Needless to say we will never stay at this hotel again! I’d give it a zero if I could. Only plus was the other staff being friendly. But Fhearle at the front desk was very helpful!

Hands down one of our new favorites! This spot has officially become one of my top favorites whenever we visit the LA area. The rooms are clean, and they have this really nice, modern lounge area in the lobby that's perfect for hanging out. Plus, the location is awesome—only about 20–30 minutes to pretty much anywhere around LA and the surrounding county. But what really made our stay amazing was the front desk agent, FHEARL. We checked in on May 24th right before Memorial Day weekend, and poor thing was working completely solo and definitely a bit slammed. She was multitasking like crazy—answering phones, checking people out, and getting people checked in all at once. I was so impressed with how she handled everything on her own. The BEST part? Even though you could tell she was working through some major holiday-weekend stress, she never stopped smiling and was so incredibly friendly and helpful. She actually had to put a few callers on hold just to get us taken care of, and when we asked if she needed anything or how we could help, she just smiled and said she was totally fine. She was also so warm and sweet to our toddler, which totally made my hubby and me smile. Fhearl is
