This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I would never stay here again. We booked the hotel around 9 PM at the front desk and specifically requested a king-size bed. We went out to get food and came back to the hotel late. When we checked the room, we were shocked to see that although the bed frame was king-size, the mattress was only queen-size. The mattress did not properly fill the king-size frame, and we could barely fit comfortably on the bed. The room was also extremely noisy. We could clearly hear people walking around on the floor above us, which kept disturbing our sleep throughout the night. We could even hear a lot of traffic and outside noise from the road. After a long day, we just wanted a comfortable and peaceful night’s sleep, but unfortunately, that was not possible. The room did not provide what we had booked, and the excessive noise made the experience even worse. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel, and I definitely will not be staying here again.

Had to book this last minute after a terrible AIRBNB experience… it was almost midnight. Start to finish, this hotel was a great experience. I called customer service to book and gave me a great price that was eleven cheaper than the trashy Airbnb we left. Arrived to fresh smelling entry, clean and excellent customer service. The room was clean and beds were so cozy!! Both the check in and check out was an excellent customer service we slept great! Very quiet. We were on the third floor across from elevator and heard no one. Recommend for sure!! Best western is becoming my new favorite chain.

This hotel is part of American Airlines approved list of hotels and I stayed here overnight due to a delayed flight. The hotel was clean, quiet, and beds were super comfortable. Also the breakfast was free and excellent with plenty of fresh food choices. I also wanted to point out the excellent service the shuttle driver provided. He was on time and very friendly and polite. Best shuttle driver I have ever seen.

This is a passable hotel, but I think you can find something better for a similar price. The location in Dallas / Fort Worth area is central, and you aren't far from restaurants, parks or attractions. The hotel itself needs some repairs. It smells musty, which they try to cover up with overpowering air freshener, and the floors are uneven. The noise insulation is awful, so you can hear everyone move in the rooms next to you and above you. You can hear the elevator door open and shut all night accompanied with a shudder in your room if you are in 318. I also left out the door hanger asking for my room to be cleaned two days in a row without any service. That only changed once I complained to the front desk. On the plus side, the room was generally clean. The faucet did drip however, the pillows were small and uncomfortable, and the desk chair was in tatters. So plenty of room for this place to improve.
