Beware of unauthorized tips being added to your bill. This was our second time visiting the park, and unfortunately, it will probably be our last. We purchased food and drinks at the park, and as we were getting ready to pay, we noticed the cashier pressing the tip option himself and adding a tip to our transaction. I was extremely disappointed. There was no opportunity for us to decide whether we wanted to leave a tip—the cashier simply selected the tip option himself using our money. That is completely unacceptable. I immediately notified a manager, only to learn that this had apparently happened before and had been an ongoing issue since last year. If management was already aware of the problem, I’m concerned about how many other customers may have been charged unauthorized tips without realizing it. I strongly recommend checking your receipt before leaving and making sure no unauthorized tip has been added to your bill.

I've been coming to this community family park for a couple years now. Love it but after yesterday I will not be bringing my kids back. They literally had a lady out there in a thong. She just walk around in the pools and all that kind of stuff nobody saying anything to her. I thought it was dress code because it's a family friendly kid friendly water park.

Came here last year and now again for my daughters bday....they had a blast....not too crowded but do suggest getting here early to get some seating or bring some chairs or blankets....to sit in the shade in the grass....but its always a blast and good prices

Nice place ,The water was a bit warm but also a great place for the kids ,We had an a counter with a women who was by herself at a family table and didnt want to share all because of first come first serve basis ,Instead of being a wonderful human being and saying hey you guys can share ,I'm the only here at this Big family table or I'll move to a chair ,No she calls staff had us move ,Than later checks her bag to see if we stolen something ,You can tell what that means ,Judging a books by its COLOR. THIs place has to do better with Seating arrangements especially for single individuals

We arrived when it first opened on a Saturday. Surprisingly it wasn’t crowded. Adequate lifeguard supervision with one in each section. Music was appropriate. Pool was a little dirty with debris. Shallow sections for toddlers with the splash pad and age appropriate slides was sufficient. Slides for the older children looked fun and entertaining. This is a nice and decently sized family aquatics facility.
