We had a wonderful experience hosting our party at Waterworks! The staff were friendly, attentive, and kept checking on us throughout the event to make sure everything was going smoothly. Everyone had so much fun, and the kids had an amazing time. A special thank you to Nancy, the event coordinator. She was awesome! She responded to emails incredibly quickly, answered all of our questions, and made the planning process so easy and stress-free. The only small suggestion is that the party room became a bit warm and humid toward the end of the event, around 7:00 PM. We weren't sure if the air conditioning had been turned down. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we truly appreciate all the staff for making our celebration so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Waterworks for birthday parties!

My son and his friends had a great time. The parents felt safe allowing the children in the pool. The staff was attentive and always available to help. My son liked it so much he felt the time was too little...lol. Most of my invitees asked for extra information as they will throw a birthday party at this location in the future. Thank you Nancy, Sierra, Kojo, and the rest of the staff. 😀😀🙏🙏

My children all learned to swim at Waterworks Aquatics Pasadena, and I am very grateful for the excellent work the team has done. The instructors created a safe, encouraging, and professional environment that helped my kids build confidence in the water while developing strong swimming skills. I would especially like to thank Coach Detlef for his patience, dedication, and outstanding teaching. We truly appreciate everything he has done for our family. Highly recommended!

My two daughters started swim lessons with Dexter with very little experience and a lot of nervousness around the water. Since working with her, their confidence has grown tremendously.. not only in the pool, but outside of it as well! Dexter has such a gentle, patient, and encouraging teaching style that immediately made my girls feel safe and comfortable. What once felt intimidating to them has become something they genuinely look forward to each week. Their skills have improved so much, but even more importantly, their love for swimming has blossomed! We are incredibly grateful for the positive impact Dexter has had on both of our daughters. She has created a supportive environment where they feel confident, capable, and excited to learn. I highly recommend Dexter to any parent looking for a kind, knowledgeable, and wonderful swim instructor!

We have been bringing my son, who has ASD, here for about 6 months now. Overall, he has been making good progress with the amazing instructors (Alexa and Nicholas) he regularly works with, but today he was assigned a different instructor who is not qualified to be working in here. Ashley S. has to be the single worst instructor at this place. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She kept pushing my son to the edge of the pool and he doesn’t swim that well so he would struggle to grab it and she wouldn’t help him. Our kids deserve better and Ashley S. does not have the empathy or competency to work with children.
