I agreed with the comments from below regarding the customer service here. Children are in the baby pool because they are young. Some have special needs that require extra attention, not rudeness. The pool and place are old and dirty. We go here because it’s near home, but I may reconsider driving extra 5 minutes if they don’t improve customer service. I hope everyone does for their kids’ mental health.

I almost don't want to write this review, because I want to keep the gem of an instructor, Isabella K., at this location a secret. Six months seems like a good time to really attest to the quality of swim lessons my sister has with Isabella, her swim instructor. We went in hoping with all our might that my sister would be paired with a good instructor who has experience with individuals with special needs. At the beginning, I tried to find reviews on specific instructors and times that worked best, and ultimately, with sheer dumb luck, we chose Isabella. That decision has been a very fortunate luck of the draw for my sister to have Isabella for her instructor. We had very low expectations for my sister's goal in learning to swim. However, with Isabella's guidance, care, compassion, and immense patience, my sister's progress has exceeded our expectations. Isabella is a wonderful instructor who embodies warmth, positivity, and is firm even when she brings on new challenges for growth, which is perfect for my sister. With her compassion and kindness, Isabella has managed to make major progress with my sister to allow swimming goggles to be placed over her eyes. For nearly all her

This is a great swimming school located near my home, and I am glad we found it. Having a child, who is unable to follow directions. it was extremely helpful to find a school that offered private lessons as well as make-up classes. We are in love with coach Isabella! I find her to be a very patient, kind, and warm individual. She is an excellent coach for my son, and we are very pleased to have her on board. I never had problem. Always call the number and the customer service team are very helpfully.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently hosted our son’s 11th birthday party at Waterworks Aquatics HB, and it was an incredible experience! The kids had an absolute blast enjoying the warm indoor pool, and we truly appreciated the safety measures—there were always two attentive lifeguards on duty who did an amazing job (huge kudos to them! Sorry dont remember their names). A special shoutout to the administrator supervisor, Kerstin, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. She and the team helped us unload and set up our decorations and food, and she stayed with us throughout the entire party, checking in to see if we needed anything. Everything was well-organized, and both the kids and their parents were super impressed and happy. We highly recommend Waterworks Aquatics for birthday parties and will definitely be coming back again. Thank you for an unforgettable celebration and wonderful memories!
