My son has had the best experience getting swim lessons by Kason and Rylan during the summer blitz program!!! My son is so excited to learn and the swim teachers are great at making him feel safe and confident. The front staff have been amazing as well. I highly recommend this location for swim lessons!

Everyone here is so fantastic! Preston is so friendly and was accommodating of our various family’s swim schedules. For masters swim Vincent says good job afterwards and you know what, as an adult that’s really nice to hear sometimes. Also for masters I see Charlotte working hard and it inspires me to push myself harder too. The kids Love their swim instructors, Wil was so patient with my daughter when trying to learn how to dive off the blocks.

We’re having a great experience with this swim school. The instructors are patient, encouraging, and do a wonderful job helping young children build confidence in the water. My child has shown noticeable improvement in swimming skills, water safety awareness, and overall comfort in the pool. The staff is friendly, and the facility is generally well-maintained. Our kids joined Waterloo in 2024, and we have been very impressed with the program. The teachers and coaches are patient, attentive, and truly dedicated to helping each child improve. We have seen our kids make steady and significant progress in their swimming skills. The coaches provide specific feedback on what needs improvement, and the monthly in-person discussions are especially helpful for understanding each child's strengths and areas for growth. Coach Charlotte is exceptionally kind, responsible, and supportive. Jenna, Emily, Vincent, and Zaydin are also wonderful—always helpful, encouraging, and professional. Coach Will and Coach Michaella are great with the kids as well. They attend swim meets, support the swimmers, and clearly care about each child's development and well-being. The Round Rock facility is excellent. The pools are clean and comfortable, and the water temperature is great for children. There is a spacious waiting area where parents and kids can work or study while waiting. The changing rooms, restrooms, and shower facilities are clean and sufficient. We joined Waterloo a year ago. First it was my two daughters then my wife followed. They have improved a lot. All coaches they have there are very patient and great and teaching the skills. All of my family have improved a lot. My daughters specially loved their coach Amanda. She is very nice, patient and passionate about helping my daughters improve in their swimming. We had tried several places and coaches before we came to Waterloo and Amanda. She was able to get my little one to finally loose her fear to jump into the water and actually swim! My oldest daughert has improved tremendously thanks to Amanda. We thought the progress we were going to see was not going to be much since they are both at the same time, but Amanda has managed to make both of them at different skill levels improved a lot! We totally recommend Waterloo and all of their great coaches.
